Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). Having a small business myself I thought I would show my support by buying a new tire since mine went flat. That transaction went very smoothly. Unluckily about two weeks later I got a nail in that tire and went back to tunnys to get it fixed. Ive done this before at big box stores like tire barn and discount tire. Those big box stores patched my tire for free because I bought that tire from them. One time even when I didn't buy a tire from them. When I went to tunnys they patched my tire rolled it back to me and charged me $15. I wasnt upset that it costs $15, but that they didn't even have the decency to replace the spare that I had on. A job that takes them 5 min and me 30 because I have a little jack and no power tools to help me. I then went to pay them the $15. Handed them my credit card and they informed me that they're card machine was down. I handed them a $100 and they did not have enough change to accommodate me. If your credit machine isnt working at least have enough change to accommodate people. I tried to support a small business wanting them to be my new go to for oil changes, tires, ect. Unfortunately small business get by by word of mouth and excellent customer service. Tunnys did not provide that. I will continue to go to the big box stores instead because I honestly get better service there.
