This was my second visit to Tyler Automotive. I went to subpar mechanics recently that I just…read moredidn't trust and my car still didn't feel right. Had my front and rear shocks and struts replaced with a wheel alignment. I had to have my car towed to Tyler's Friday afternoon knowing they're closed on the weekends. I called to let them know my car would be there at whatever time on Friday and whenever they manage to get to it was fine. Becky answered the phone and after I told her what was going on with my car, she let me know I would have to pay for the suspension check since I had the initial repairs done elsewhere - totally reasonable and 100% transparent. I got a text at 2:11pm today to review what they found and they called a few minutes later to go over it and get permission to do what was needed. It was only $70 for the suspension inspection plus a free quality control inspection. They also fixed one of the tire valves for me and filled the front two that were shockingly low. I literally just had all 4 filled elsewhere. The most expensive was the alignment which was $135. A little higher than what I'm used to but honestly, you get what you pay for. They called 2 hours later to let me know my car was ready. It always sucks to have to bring your car in when something is wrong but at least the people working at Tyler Automotive don't make you feel worse about it and know what they're doing

We called Tyler and asked if they could help with a manual transmission car because we'd have to have it towed there. They said yes. Then after we had it towed, they said they didn't know how to work on it. We tried to drive it across the street to Glendale Automotive, but Tyler had killed the battery. So I had to push it back the 10 yards to get it into a parking spot at Tyler and wait for another tow truck. No one from Tyler came out to ask if we were ok or offer help as I pushed. We did get it over to Glendale Automotive with a tow, and Glendale fixed it right up, no problem. If Tyler had just been honest, we could have towed it to Glendale from the jump and saved ourselves a lot of time, money, and literal physical pain from pushing the car.

Called back and left messages to report it and never received a call back plus the mechanic broke my hood latch. I can't believe that Lisa would have anything to do with this so has to be the son. VERY BAD BUSINESS! Took it elsewhere and found most of what they did wasn't needed. Kevin's Auto Repair needs to be renamed to Let's Make It Worse or Costs You an Arm and A Leg! I got booked right away for my appointment on a date and time that was convenient to my schedule. I got emails confirming my appointment and my car was taken back promptly at the scheduled time. The work was completed in a timely manner and my car returned to me as it was placed in the service centers hands. I neglected to mention that when the service technician came to get my car he had plastic for the seats and paper floor mat. My car was sounding the way that I expected with the parts provided and I couldn't be happier. As I always say, it's great going to Raymond's for service you establish a relationship with Bruce and his wife Kathy, Rose the desk attendee and Eric Pitts who oversees the mechanics of the operation. Everyone is very knowledgeable in their particular field, position or job and everyone is very pleasant to be around! The new US40 location is neat and clean, wait area spotless, rest rooms clean and soft drinks, water and coffee for the convenience. I can't think of a reason to go elsewhere. My friend suggested I come here to get my car serviced because I needed new brakes and rotors and he trusts them as they've completed work on his truck in the past. Mr. Ted at the front desk reminded me of one of my uncles. He was so nice and funny. Chris was my mechanic and really gave me the knowledge I needed to feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done. I really appreciated him not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and physically showing me what was going on and why it needed repaired. The price wasn't terrible and very much worth it. I walked in at 8am & they were done by noon and left with peace of mind. With no appointment, I thought that was pretty good. My car dealership wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. With that being said, I love supporting local businesses and will more than likely only go to Trinity Brothers from this point on.

I take back every nice thing i ever said about them. told me. no. you don't need a tire. just…read morethe stem with sensor since my dash lights up saying low tire pressure. then. no. you have older car. just stem. sensor not in stem. so. went from $180 on that part of my repair. to $20.. now. next day. as i want to go home. at 5pm.. my tire is flat and won't pump with the portable pump i have. now i have to wait until close to 8pm to get triple A to tow me home. Thanks for nothing. at this point. they can fix what i already paid for. but no reason for me to go there again with this sort of shoddy work.
