I wanted to wait until I wrote my review of the vehicle I purchased at Carmel Motors. I purchased a 2019 BMW X3 sDrive30i. The salesperson who assisted me is no longer there but he was extremely helpful. Sent me cellphone video of the vehicle and answered all my questions. I went in one night to test drive it. I also put Dow a deposit because I wanted to make sure I had the car checked out by a BMW dealer. Carmel Motors drove the vehicle to the dealer I requested look at it. The mechanic found zero issues with the vehicle, which was a plus. I was happy about that. I then purchased the car. Easy transaction. That was in November 2023. It is now May 2024. I have had zero issues with this vehicle. It's been great! I'm very happy and satisfied with the staff who provided great communication both via email, text and phone. I have heard some negative stories, but I absolutely encourage you to take a used vehicle you're interested in buying to a mechanic to give you peace of mind! This should be the rule with any used car lot.

I was in search for a new car and found my new (to me) 2016 Audi Q5 Premium Plus trim with only 75k miles on it for what I felt like was a good price. There pricing was straight forward with no dealership fees other than doc fees, which I appreciated. While I was in the shop, I worked with Arein who was very knowledgeable about all cars, but especially Audi/Volkswagen. He had some great tips and insight into them. They allowed me to put a deposit down to hold the car and I came back the next day to close the deal. I made my offer and he went to bat for me to get a deal done. There wasn't enough time to detail the car, so they allowed me to come back a week later to get it detailed. I took my car to get serviced at Audi and they said the car was in great condition. I'm very happy with my purchase and recommend working with Arein if you're in the market for a vehicle. Thanks, Arein and Carmel Motors for my new (to me) vehicle.

It is when I went to use my extended warranty that I ran into problems. The Check Engine Light came on and without hesitation I took the car to the my Mercedes dealership and gave them my warranty account number. My service Advisor called me back and said your extended warranty does not exist. At the time I lived 3 hours away so could not just drop in and raise hell. And the saga begins. March 2016 C2C Finance : it takes a few weeks for the warranty company to get the funds (1700.00). Warranty company: it takes about a month for us to get the funds. April 2016 C2C Finance : it takes a few weeks for the warranty company to get the funds. Warranty company: your warranty does not exist, oh and we would no have offered a warranty for your car anyway. So they will have r refund you your money. May 2016: C2C Finance : it takes a few weeks for the warranty company to get the funds. Warranty company: Your warranty does not exist. My finance company: we would love to help you but you will have to work with the dealership. Me to C2C: can I speak to the manager? C2C: you will have to talk to the finance department, the manager doesn't with with contracts. C2C finance: It takes a few weeks for the warranty company to get the funds. June 2016 ....... I know, I should have called the BBB, hired a lawyer but at the time I was retiring from the military, moving across the country and just did have the time or energy to fight this. It was an expensive lesson to learn, but I learned.

I though I could trust a…read moreBENTLEY dealer to be transparent and honest, but they deliberately concealed body damage and now will not reply my emails, calls, or text messages. I purchased a 2023 Porsche Macan GTS from out-of-state -- it's not a Bentley, but I still spent $80k plus tax, fees, and transport cost, and I will need to spend another $17k+ to get the vehicle into the condition that they told me it was in. I asked the sales person, Odai Alzeer, and sales manager, Austin Campbell, multiple times for pictures of any damage prior to purchase. I was told that there wasn't even so much as a rock chip, and the vehicle was in perfect condition. It arrived with a large, irreparable dent on the hood, a scratch on the rear bumper that is all the way through the paint, and extremely poor quality paint and body work on the passenger door, which is bent and does not close properly. The door has a ton of body filler on it and it isn't even the same color as the rest of the car! This was all immediately identified the moment it came off the transport truck, so any one at this dealership with eyes would have been aware of the condition of the vehicle on the lot. When I brought this up with Austin Campbell, he blamed it all on the transporter (as if they could paint car while it was on the truck!) and said it was in perfect condition when it left. I went back to the listing photos as was able to identify the damage, which I previously assumed to be shadows or water spots because I trusted that the dealer would have photographed all of this when I had very explicitly asked for photos of any body damage. It also has quite a lot of scuffs, scratches, and rock chips that can be attributed to normal wear and tear for a 3 year old vehicle, but the damage on the door, bumper, and hood is far outside of that. I even contacted the previous owner and he confirmed that he was aware of the damage prior to trading it in to this dealership. Austin Campbell said that he would "further investigate" but won't even reply to me now. Other lies told to me by this dealer included maintenance history (the full 20k mile service wasn't done, only an oil change), the location of the vehicle during the purchase process (it wasn't being sent for a wash, the dealership owner's wife was driving it), and it having small accessories that never existed. The listing also claimed that the vehicle passed their 125 point inspection, which evidently excludes body damage and missed a mechanical issue (leaking engine mount). I (naively) believed that a dealership representing the Bentley brand would be honest enough to disclose the actual condition of the vehicle. Instead they took advantage of the fact that I was buying it sight unseen and essentially scammed me out of thousands of dollars. I am going to have to spend a small fortune just to get the passenger door to close properly so that I can have a passenger in my vehicle, and be without the car that I just purchased for weeks while it is the body shop. And then the car will have a body work documented on Carfax, which will hurt future resale value. My experience with Bentley of Indianapolis has been what you would expect from grimy, bottom-feeder used car dealer, not a luxury brand like Bentley. The car I received is not what I was promised, and this has been the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealer unless you like being lied to and throwing your money away!
