The car wash is good. But, the service department is AWESOME! Great bunch of guys who were kind, friendly, happy, and helpful. They are fast and did a great job. It is wonderful to know that there are still good people out there. And to top it off Dylan, who is one of the managers around there is equally great! Again it is wonderful to find happy, talented, and kind people doing a great job who treat everyone inside and out of their business really well. We actually felt like customers. Really disappointed with both washes I bought this week. Brought my truck in Tuesday, brought my SUV in Thursday and both are still dirty, inside vacuum and wipe down nearly non existent, bugs still stuck to both vehicles hoods/windshields. Wheels both still dirty despite paying for the ultimate package on both. Didnt realize till I had already left, was in a hurry to go because they took so long and i was late. Didn't vacuum out car seats despite my asking. Just moved here and was happy to find a car wash 5 minutes from home, however, I'd rather pay my 6 year old to wash our cars...at least he would do a better job! Not only were our cars still dirty, they each took 40 minutes! 30 of the minutes the cars were just sitting there unattended. Just a very poor job here. Bummed. read more

I have been a member with Cobblestone for over 2 years and never had a problem until yesterday 08/30/2018. Prior to going through the wash I was offered a wipe and instead of taking the wipe I asked to get a car air freshener...you know the small blue square that last half a day? Shawn the manager saw fit to say "NO". He then explain policies, reason why they have them etc...All I wanted was a blue freshener instead of the wipe. I have cancelled my membership and will use Minute Express Wash right up the street. Octavia the register clerk was just as dumb as Shawn looking up policies over an air freshener that lasts half a day. It is the principal that you would rather loose $16.99 monthly over an air freshener. Shawn is not an asset to the company and probably hired Octavia dumb self too. read more

Today I took my car for an oil change and other services. An hour after I got my car back I noticed something was different. I called cobblestone and the service manager RJ offered to drive over to me to personally take a look at it! 5 minutes later and he showed up and was able to inform me of my cars situation! 10/10 I didn't expect that type of customer service but RJ went above and beyond! Will definitely recommend this business to friends and family! It's nice to feel that you can depend on a neighborhood business. read more

I was very pleased with my first experience. The sales guy explained the services and listened to what we wanted done. Wish I captured his name, but I will say he did not pressure me into additional services like many other places do. Our car was super clean inside and out, and it was done very quickly despite the very long initial lines. The new additions of the inside sitting area are great and they offered free popcorn that my daughter loved. read more

I use to have respect for this place but not until 2 months ago when I was vacuuming out my car at this location and the huge heavy metal vacuum plug (let's just call it that because idk what you would call it) fell onto my left shoulder. Let me just tell you I heard a crack. I had a massive bruise for weeks and my shoulder was sore and I wasn't able to move it for 2 weeks. I'm 29 so I'm not a crier And at my age we bounce back....I'm pretty tough but god damn that hurt. If I say it hurt it HURT! I got in my car and proceeded to the drive thru car wash and I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came out and I explained what happened and all he said was "oh that can happen sometimes if there not snapped in correct and with all the tugging it'll fall. I'll make sure it snaps in correctly. Thank you.".....he walked away and that was it. No apology, no "are you okay?" Not a damn thing! So I was furious! I wasn't looking for a handout or anything but a fuckin simple "I'm so sorry that happened to you are you okay" would of been good to hear!! With that being said I went through the car wash and headed home to write corporate! Now let me start off my saying you have written corporate before to recognizing an employee for their good work and they wrote me back. Now I wrote them about this incident and not one damn call or email was recieved back from them! So I emailed them a week later, once again no word from them. Just goes to show you that when someone gets hurt or something bad happens they don't reply to anything, they don't want to take care of anything and I can't believe I've wasted my money on this careless pathetic company. They're quick to sign you up for a monthly car wash and take your money monthly but when you get hurt on their property they want nothing to do with you or say a simple I'm so sorry. And since I'm at it, I wanted to cancel my membership so I asked the manager how to go about it, I was instructed to go online and cancel my membership. So that is exactly what I did. I entered in all my information and my scanner ID information and I got an email confirmation. I canceled a month in advance thinking I wouldn't get charged again for the following month, boy was I wrong. Like I said they love to take your money. I was charged once again $24.99 after I had canceled my membership. At this point I was furious So I went into the store and asked for them to cancel my membership and reimburse me my money. I was then told by a girl named Freddie that she was going to email the car wash manager Heather and she would be in contact with me and reimburse me my money. I received Heather's number and took it upon myself to call her since I knew most likely Freddy wouldn't do what she told me she would do. I left a voicemail for Heather and asked for her to give me a call back once receiving my message to let me know that a reimbursement would be headed my way. Was a call back ever done? Exactly I never received a phone call from her. So two days later I called her and let me just start off by saying she was extremely rude. Poor Customer Service. She has no phone etiquette skills. This call happened about two weeks ago and I still haven't received my refund check in the mail that she said I would be receiving. At this point I am completely upset with this company and if you are looking for a car wash monthly service membership take your services elsewhere where they can provide better customer service for you because this is not the place. This is my second time paying for the Ultimate car wash that costs 29.99.... and my second time where I was absolutely disappointed in the condition of my car when finished... horrible vacuum, the wipe-down of the interior was inexcusable... side bar.. for this price some type of conditioning should be used i.e. Armor All or something. The tracks where the seats move forward and back were not vacuumed .. I had to actually finish the job myself using their free vacuum service which wasn't really free because I paid 35.00 (includes tip) for my car to be washed. I want to point out CLEARLY The servicemen who helped me were very cool and professional and made an honest attempt to fix the issue. I just ran out of time and couldn't wait. The washes are good enough- hardly worth the high cost of individual washes. Furthermore, there was no warning to those that have a monthly wash pass that they were suddenly closing for "remodeling". They then proceeded to charge me the monthly wash rate even though they weren't open for service. I had to call customer service 4 times before receiving a call back, at which time they told me they would reimburse the current month (I was charged for 2 months). And that they couldn't just pause the charges until they reopen. She then stated that since I was "choosing to cancel" that they couldn't guarantee me same rates when they reopen. I am very upset at the service I received here today and will never go back to that store Brenton lied about the condition of my car I caught him and his boss Ryan said that he had misspoken and I said that's a lie no matter how much sugarcoat you put on it. Then they had, who I guess is there security ( which is same guy in pic who lets vehicles into car wash. If my panel was hanging off already. Don't you think he would have noticed it? )step up to me like he was going to do something with within 6 inches of me and I asked him to back up. He was in my personal space then he said what all I'm doing is standing here. Then why are you gettin so close to me. This Shell gas station is consistently priced higher than competing gas stations in the area, regardless of the brands. The sign out front advertises competitive gas prices -- until you read the much smaller sign below and realize that the price per gallon is way overpriced unless you buy a car wash too. Furthermore, the manager proved to be rude and belligerent when he was asked about an apparent over-charge on a recent purchase. Won't ever shop here again. read more

Took my truck in last month to get a full detail and clay bar/wax. Guy told me 2-2:30 hours. Well it ended up taking 3:45 for them to finish and I think that was because I was rushing them. It would have been fine if I wasn't sitting outside waiting. Truck did look good. They sprayed my dash and tires when I asked them not to but all in all I would recommend. read more

Arrived at 5:40, 20 minutes before closing. The person in front of me needed to back up so I let them back up and pulled up. The workers proceeded to tell me the tunnel wasn't taking anymore washes. I asked why they didn't block off the entrance after the first vehicle backed up and the woman said "I thought that's why you we're backing up too" how would I possibly know the reason another car in front of me is backing up. Come back in the morning she said, like I'm gonna change my whole schedule for a car wash. Okay, tats why I got here at this time today. Very rude incompetent employees. Definitely not wasting my money here. Put up a sign you don't take washes 20 minutes before your business closes or change your hours instead of wasting people's time. Unfortunately pulling into the busy car wash to get full service I was told that the employees are no longer allowed to drive the Jeep Cherokee due to a previous incident. I understand, but how about posting a sign so that a customer can see that upfront and doesn't pull forward for full service? It's just awkward for an employee to have to relay that information to a customer who is already getting out of their car for them to wash it. Awkward for the employee and the customer. Well... I decided not to be difficult and stood by my car as they vacuumed it, then I hopped in my car to do this crazy you turn they had me do to drive it thru the wash myself and pull it out to the employees for dry. I jokingly said to the guy I pulled up to with the sleeve tattoo on his arm "you guys gonna put me on payroll?" And he replied very rudely simple saying they are no longer allowed to drive the Jeep Cherokee. Whatever. Once my car was done I got in and no air freshener. Mind you, I paid $23 for a wash despite all this craziness. When I asked the guy (who was eating his snacks while drying other cars) for the air freshener he was so annoyed that I got upset that I even tipped him. Coming my second time and seeing i was receiving the same mechanic Pete to do my work had me at ease knowing i would be in good hands. Pete was yet again very informative of whats going to happen with my transmission flush as well as my oil change after explaining everything, Pete quoted me with the price as well as taking into consideration that i am doing multiple services then applied a small discount for me, i was very content with the the prices as well as the consideration. As for the covid19... they are taking every precaution necessary from cleanliness to keeping the distance and staying in your vehicle while the works done. I went to Cobblestone Auto Spa today to get my car washed (1/17/2017) and I had previously purchased a buy-4 / get-2 free car wash booklet in Dec. 2016 for approximately $70. However, this booklet, that is needed to prove the pre-paid purchases and to track the number of used car washes, was misplaced by my wife (honest it wasn't me this time :) Needless to say, I was upset that the booklet was misplaced but it wasn't Cobblestone Auto Spa's fault at all. However, after I explain the situation to Nicole (the cashier) she took it upon herself to research their POS system for my purchase. All I could give her in the search was my VISA-debit card number & that the purchase was made sometime Dec, maybe Nov, of 2016. Approximately 15 minutes later she found my purchase of $77.26 and promptly informed the manager (Anthony) about my situation and showed him the proof of my purchase. Get this...not only did Anthony honor all of my washes, keep in mind that there was no real way for him to know how many I had already used up to that point, but he gave me today's car wash free as well! for my troubles?! My troubles...That is just crazy and I was shocked to say the least! This is what I call customer service and this is what's sorely needed these days by many business who often are only concerned with their profits $$$. To be certain, I will recommend Cobblestone Auto Spa to everyone that I know and I will be their customer for as long as they are open...a happy customer at that! Do not ever come here. This is a flat out 0. Been coming here for a while but I recently got a new car and as I went though to get the $16 wax wash it scratched my car all over the place! I spoke to a Alex (one of the managers) and he quickly blamed it on my fault. Mind you this car is 2 weeks old and had no scratches previously. Vincent was one of the workers on duty and showed the most unprofessional service I have ever came across. He belittled me and blamed the scratches on the dealership and told me I should have payed more to get a wash with out scratches and Alex told me girlfriend that if it was his car "it is what it is.They got most of my scratches out but there were still some left on the roof of the car. Unbelievable service coming from a place that should be quality service for the price. As I was leaving they tried getting me to leave a good review because they helped out But Alex and Vincent were the worst part of this whole ordeal. Update: after sending an email to the "business manager" and waiting for weeks for a reply or response I have been given nothing from them. read more

I got an initial quote on full car detail given my wife decided to drive thru road full of spilled paint buckets and paint had dried all over one side of our vehicle. Okay, she didn't do it on purpose but had to throw it in there for fun :) Quote was more than I really wanted to pay at the time and I planned on attempting to do the work on my own. With that said, I came back later in the day and paid for a wash only. After finishing the wash, Shawn and I believe his name was Brandon or Branden (or similar name), offered to handle the paint issue at a very fair price. They went above and beyond in helping me with a job that would have taken me hours for sure. They not only represented their company brand very well but were all around good people that are so often hard to find these day. I would certainly recommend this company based solely on these two quality guys. They have earned my future business and all future paint drama I may have. read more

Im sorry to have to write a negative on Cobblestone Auto Spa. Id rather be a encourager than give a disappointing word. I recently had a spill in my car that had a very serious smell. So I felt that I should go and have a professional car wash and Carpet cleaning. The gentlemen at front assured me they would do their best to steam clean the spot and hopefully remove the milk stain from carpet. So I left my car and came several hours late to find seats were cleaned but the milk stain was missed completely. I know they are a busy carwash but that was unacceptable service. Next day took my other car to be fair...and again very disappointed in quality of work. Cobblestone you really need a some quality control training with you employees. Car washes are expensive. A lot of people get a paycheck here being careful not to say they work there because on my last visit 5 guys in green and white shirts all standing around the front doing nothing a couple of guys in black-and-white shirts actually working and then on the drying side a lot of guys who were actually putting in the effort seems that management could take a serious look at cutting payroll otherwise it's a carwash. read more

I have had pretty good luck at this Carwash, but yesterday I decided to get my wifes car an Ultimate plus. We were very disappointed at how poor the cleaning was done on the inside. We asked the fellow at the fininish line to correct it and he just appeared irritated, even though he could see all the places they had missed. First off, my car looks great. I went to Cobblestone for the first time today for a Basic car wash (15.99). The intake person was very friendly and gave me a ticket with my name on it. I took the ticket inside and paid cash. I was never given a claim check, which since I hadn't been there before, didn't know this was the procedure, especially since everyone was addressing me by name. When the car was finished, I went to claim my car. I was asked to show my claim check by a white male in a maroon shirt, whom I assumed was a supervisor. I told him I had not been given one. Immediately, he reaches for his walkie and radios someone to verify if 1) it was my car and 2) if I had paid. He looks at me, put his hand up and said, "I'm going to need you to stay put". I showed him my license and registration to verify it was my car. He told me "put that away". He then gets off of the walkie and said that I had not paid. I told him that I had paid cash, gave the tall guy at the register nearest the door my money and was not given a claim check. He continued to claim that I had not paid. I told him I paid, got in my car, and drove off. He yelled at me some inaudible statement as I pulled away. If he is a manager, the way he handled this was insulting, insinuating and unprofessional. He needed to have asked right away who had helped me, so that he could have addressed the concern with that individual. I will not be returning, nor will my family. read more

After taking a trip and our car was extremely dirty, we got our car inspected by an employee who had said that we needed to buy a "Clay Bar" cleaning, which would cost us $150.00 in which it guaranteed that it'd get all the dirt off of our car. We agreed. 2 hours later, we go and ask about our car in which they said that they were unable to get the dirt out, even AFTER they guaranteed that the clay bar would work. The employees then stated that we should have bought the "more tough" clay bar to get the dirt out but would cost another $100. The employees then said that we can come back another day to pay it . We refused. When calling later that day to speak to a manager, the employee had an attitude, stating "Just bring it back then and we will re-do it." No thank you. The staff working the cash registers were very friendly. The team working on the cars did not do a sufficient job in delivering the promise for the price that was paid for the wash and expected us to pay another $100 to do the job that they promised initially. read more

Came in for a quick k wash and back seat detail. It was 8:15am on a Monday and the only person in line. The attendant was helpful and priced the back seat detail and wash at 59.99, which was pretty high compared to what I've paid in the past for a full detail in the past. As soon as he handed me the slip, he advised me that Jeeps have a recall and they are unable to drive it through the wash or to the detail area. Given our needed the detail and it wasn't 100 degrees, I didn't mind. While they detailed the seat I called my dealership to inquire on such recall. They advised me there was no such recall. Upon completion of the detail I advised them and asked what type of documentation they would need to not have this issue again. They then advised me it's company policy, all jeep Cherokee and sport models. It used to happen only on the older models and they have been known to jump or accelerate, crashing into other cars and injuring or killing employees. I tried to explain to them this can happen with any car and if that's the case for Jeep's they just don't want those cars there. Why not just exclude Jeep's all together if we are not going to have the same experience as any other car? If you own a jeep be ready to be inconvenienced and pay just as much as everyone. I will be staying away from this place until they figure out their facts and look into every single car recall under the sun. Shortly before the previous business abandoned overnight, they were having a "special" and I fell for it, giving them over $100 for that day's wash and four more in gift cards. I have a handicap van with a wheelchair ramp that cannot go through the regular wash.  I had had a bad experience with a worker fiddling with controls and there was a near disaster.  I  was SOL until Cobblestone opened up, and I stopped in one day with my gift cards.  The manager said he was very sorry and that I should keep these and use whenever I wanted.  I know it's been some time, but I believed the guy!  Also, I get out very little and simply do not sit in lines because I have someone at home sitting with my patient, and my time is very limited.  AAAAanyway, I went by last week and I'm SOL again because they will not accept the cards they said they would before.  I have two dirty cars and the opportunity passed for me to have a visiting relative take the cars in for a good cleaning when I didn't have a sitter.  They weren't in a mood to encourage me to use their service, just sent me packing.  Live and learn, and go somewhere else. read more

Disappointed. I took my car to get an oil change. Everything seemed well till the next day, when I moved my car there was a big oil stain in my drive way (No way my car leaked before that). I went back and I was told that a new bigger plug was put into the car hence the oil leak. They told me they would try to fix it. It still leaked. I came back a third time. The car is still leaking. After talking on the phone with them I was told that there's nothing they can do. I have to pay someone else to fix it by replacing my oil pan. Nice.... read more
