The overall experience was excellent. The technician (MW) greeted me and directed me to the correct bay. I drove into the bay and the technician explained the process. He was friendly and courteous. He took the information and proceed to change the oil. The payment process went smooth and the technician made efforts to complete the transaction using proper precautions. After the oil change was completed the technician explained how to reset the oil changed notice on my display. A fast process and painless. I will use the Quick Lube service again. Let me start by saying that I've been a loyal customer of this particular location for more than 10 years. I get my car washed here, my gas, my oil changes and even shop in their little store during my visits. I've also referred several people to this location for oil changes and car detailing. It would take a lot for me to write a poor review but my experience a week and a half ago was not only disappointing, it was outright terrifying. About 3 months or so ago, I was talked into purchasing a monthly car wash pass by one of their relentless sales women. I mentioned to her several times that I did not want to buy the pass because I did not want any stickers on my windshield. She insisted and finally said, "ok, you don't have to put it on your windshield, just place it on your dashboard when you come through the wash." So, I bit and purchased the program and for the last 3 months, went through this wash about 2-3 times per month with no issues. That was until a week and a half ago. While I was driving my car into the car wash lane, I was waved at by a salesman but I waved him off without rolling down my window as I was not interested in upgrading or purchasing any additional products. As I drove through the gate towards the wash area, he came running up to my car and started screaming and banging on my car. I was startled and afraid (being a woman alone in my car at dusk). He continued to pound on my car and scream at me for about a minute. I wasn't sure what was going on and I had no way to get out of the car wash lane so I cracked my window a little bit and he proceeded to yell at me "you're stealing car washes" over and over while waving his arms and fists in the air. I said "No, I have the pass....see?" as I showed it to him. He continued to yell at me and act aggressively saying that it had to be stuck to the window and insisting that I was sharing my pass with others. I tried to explain to him that HIS salesperson told me I didn't need to put the sticker on my window and that I was in fact not sharing the pass with anyone, but he would not listen. His manager came over and stood there watching this man scream, yell and act aggressively towards me and did nothing. I finally got so upset that I just handed them my pass and moved on. I did go inside and ask to speak to a manager and he did absolutely nothing other than offer a partial refund for the month I already paid for. I've emailed Cobblestone's customer service, I've called and left a message and I've messaged them on Facebook requesting to speak to a corporate manager and have heard nothing. I will not go back to this location or any other due to the caliber of people they hire and the poor behavior that's tolerated. Any employee who is allowed to scream and yell, beat on a customer's car and accuse them of stealing a product they've clearly paid for should not be working in any customer facing position. In hindsight, I should have called the police but I was so startled and terrified by what was going on and how the manager stood by and watched it all happen that I couldn't think of anything other than to get out of that situation as fast as I could. Worst car wash experience of my life. First, they locked my keys in my car, and then asked me if I could open it for them. Obviously not, as you just locked my keys in the car. Then, they had to use the hanger tool to get the doors open, luckily it didn't scratch anything. After I drove off, I noticed that a set of keys for work were missing. I called and they put me on hold 4 different times to no avail. I went back and I assume the manager told me they hadn't been found. I asked if the keys could've been vacuumed up at the start and he said they wouldn't know until they closed and could look through the vacuum system (when it's turned off). I went back at closing time and was given the run around. Finally someone asked me "did you look in your car" which OBVIOUSLY I had, with no luck. I again explained that the manager had said they would check the vacuum system after closing. The attendant said "nothing was found in the system" and proceeded to look through my car for the keys (after I already stated I looked). Then he said "let me check with the vacuum guys again". 3 minutes later, he came out carrying my keys. I am certain that if I hadn't gone back and waited there, my keys would've been gone forever and no one there would've cared enough to look for them. (This has never been an issue before, as I've always kept my keys in the same place.) Both of these issues in the same trip, I will not be returning to this location. read more

Extremely disappointed in the car wash. I bought the Platinum wash. The vehicle came out with streaks and missed spots on the windows and mirrors. The washes no longer come with interior cleaning other than a spotty vacuuming. I might as well go to the drive through car wash and make sure it is done right for half the price and an extra five minutes. read more

Okay I usually come here and have no problems, but this time was just dumb. I came for an oil change, at about 5:20, it wasn't really busy. And I know the oil change comes with an express per the coupon I used so I expected to wait a little while either way. But finally at 6:20 I'm thinking okay what's taking so long? So I start to go look and see if I can see my car. It's parked in the front of the store WINDOWS DOWN AND UNLOCKED. I was never told it was finished, usually they'll call your name over the intercom if they can't see you. Never did that. I was sitting there the whole time. I had to go ask the front desk worker if she had my keys. I have valuables in my car. Not to mention just the CAR itself. To leave it out there for I don't even know how long, completely open to anyone walking by is DUMB. Like I said, I usually have zero issue here. But this was ridiculous. read more

This place's quality has extremely fallen. They pass off vehicles claiming to be cleaned, but they are far from it! Rims.. they pat dry, not clean them. They leave streaks and spotting from the wash, saying you are paying for a wash.. not a cleaning! They fail to vaccuume properly, and clean the interior of the front windshield. Managment cares less about the money you spend, and more about how many customers they push out. This place is a disaster! Stay away, and wash your car elsewhere. read more

My son dropped his truck off in the morning to get detailed inside and out. 2 1//2 hours later they called and said the truck was done. I thought that was kinda quick for a full detail. When we went to pick the truck up it looked like they just did a basic wash. The interior still had leaves under the seats and the door panels looked like they weren't wiped down. After showing the manager what a poor job they did .... which he agreed ... we asked for a refund. He said he couldn't do that but said to leave the truck and come back tonight to pick it up. It's sad when you pay $260 for a detail but you get a $20 basic wash. I would not recommend going to Cobblestone to get your car detailed. read more

The problem is the drive through never recognizes your tag so you're stuck dealing with the incompetent employees who are usually to lazy to get off their butts and help. Today on my 30 minute lunch break I went to this location to get my car washed like I normally do. I pulled into the car wash not prepared for what was going to happen next. There was a Mercedes in front of me in line, as that car got pulled in to be washed mine went in right after and following me was a truck before I knew it my car was being pushed into the back on the Mercedes (that had no one in it) and shortly after the truck was being pushed into the back of my car (that had no one in it) I literally sounded my horn the whole time trying to get someones attention to what was going on. Once I got out of there I noticed two employees sitting on the curb, they came out told me "the car looks fine!" and hushed me out of there. I needed to get back to work so I just left. Once I got back to work I started to think about the situation more and realized it just isn't right! I called to speak with manager, the person who I spoke with, Tony was very short with me and told me to come back in before 6pm so he can take a look at the damage and that was the end of our conversation. Damage or not, incidents like this should no be happening! If I wanted to play bumper cars I wouldn't go to the car wash! I DO NOT feel as tho ANYONE at this location truly cared about the situation nor do I even know if the other vehicle owners know what there cars were involved in!!! read more

II went in on 12/10/21 for an oil change on my car. The young gentleman, I believe his name is Jay, had outstanding customer service, from first greeting me to helping me choose the best service for my car. The technician, Cesar that was doing the service on my vehicle, took his time to show and explain to me how the previous business I took my vehicle to used incorrect tools, causing my oil filter and drain plug to be stripped. I will go back just for the excellent service of these two gentlemen. read more

According to these other reviews it seems im not the only one left with an awful experience after leaving this joke of an auto spa. To be brief, got a deluxe wash and a wax on my Mercedes Benz SLK, When my car was finished there was a scrape in my drivers side door where paint had been chipped off! They told me it could be the pressure of the wash and thay they weren't liable. I had zero compensation and I can't begin to express how rude the staff was. They left no air freshner in my car and it was a half ass over all job to top it off. I am amending my star count. If you read my previous reviews of this place then this will come as a surprise to you. But let me relate my most recent experience: I was going to Cobblestone with The One (my son, the second coming) and decided that I was going to buy two gallons of water, two liters of aquafina, and one xenergy drink (to which I am still hopelessly addicted). Seeing as how I am not a mother and don't have the ridiculous power they have (where they can carry a baby and six other things, the combined weight of which is three times their body weight). No, I am a father, which means that I am mortal. So the manager (I think) walked by and saw that I was balancing The One (in his carseat) on one arm, very precariously, while trying to prop the door to the cooler open so that I could get all these drinks. Well he stopped what he was doing and helped me out with the two gallons and then had an employee help me out to the car. That is customer service, and it has long been my policy that all manner of sins can be overcome by good customer service. There are still a number of ills with this place, and most of those ills have a birth certificate, but they are improving in my eyes and have won back three stars. read more

Worst Scam artists I have ever encountered! If you're going there to get gas and a car wash it has been fair. However, when I got my oil changed these scum bags tried to get me to change every fluid under the hood by trying to scare me. Fortunately for me I know enough about cars and my best friend runs a shop in which I had just had everything changed and knew these guys were lying when they said my transmission fluid was old/dirty, air filter needed to be changed (in which i had personally changed that myself a few weeks earlier)???? Oldest trick in the book! Scum Bags!!! Example #2 When you buy gas, if you purchase a car wash you get .20 off per gallon. So I stop for gas late on a Saturday night (as this is the closest place to my home) and purchase a car wash at the pump. When i go to use the wash on Monday they tell me the wash code has already been used? I was like WTF!! So i go in and talk to the MGR (some douche name JR or BJ) and he proceeds to tell me I'm lying and i already used the wash! I couldn't believe what i was hearing. Had it ever crossed his high school 10th grade equivalent mind that the sloppy kid at the counter could have reprinted my receipt and offed it to one of his friends??? Nope! Seriously, what a moron!! When I got my truck back, the dash was filthy, all my belongings had been haphazardly thrown into the center console, side mirrors were streaked with what I am guessing is tire dressing, and the interior rear window hadn't been touched. Ok, just another update. So I was given a a supreme wash coupon from a family member. And since I have a foot in a hard cast washing the car was the last thing I wanted to tackle. So on a sunny day I drove over and they talked me into upgrading to an Ultimate plus because I STRESSED i wanted the carpets front and back cleaned. Well first of all when i got to my car even the front floors barely looked like they cleaned then well and when i got into the car i had a couple of coffee drips in the center console that you could see a mile away. They didn't even attempt to wipe them up. Since i was in a cast doing a more thorough inspection didn't happen at the time. And when i did complain about a couple of things the worker gave me nothing but attitude. I was getting ready to drive back over to the front entrance and get in touch with one of the managers but by this time I was so frustrated I decided just to leave. When I got home 10 minutes later I folded the seats back up and look at the pictures of the vacuum job. This place needs a quality control person that inspects your car before they hand you the keys. Maybe they should take one of the real personable individual that they place in the front to sell you on anything and everything and make him start checking the job that they actually sell you. I had heard so many great things about this business from personal contacts to reviews here on yelp. I went in about a month ago to get a car wash and a representative noticed a small chip (about half the size of a pinky nail) near the top of my windshield. He approached me, expressing that if my insurance covered small damages like this, he could have it fixed very easily and quickly. With my insurance on board, I gave him the approval to fix it. Some time later, the same rep comes to deliver the awful news. The small chip spread to a full size crack on my windshield. I'm talking about a side to side, major crack that anyone could notice a mile away. The rep explained that the job should have been easy but because of the heat and the chip being on the upper side of the windshield, this was a possibility. He SHOULD have warned me before because I would have told him to just leave it alone. He admit he should have as well and it's my guess that he just wanted the sale. I kept my cool and asked him to get it fixed to which he replied that I would have to pay for it. What?!! I asked for him managers name and number. He game me a name and number of someone who doesn't even work there and nobody seems to know. I contacted the store clerk to ask if I could speak to the manager and he's always away or not in at the moment. this has been going on for a month. I contacted corporate and never received a response. I was even encouraged by the representative to buy window replacement insurance and then lie to my insurance about when the crack happened to they would replace it for me. Not only is that unethical but I'm fairly confident it is illegal too! All in all, this business has been shady at best with it's lack of upper management presence, terrible service and immoral and illegal tactics with insurance. So honest! I came in for an oil change because the cobblestone on Val Vista and Williamsfield placed the sticker that said I was due for an oil change. I visited the cobblestone on Alma School to have it done since I live closer to that one now and Devin told me I was not due for another 5K (new cars I guess). Foreward: Sorry, my review-writing skills are a bit rusty, as it has been several years since an experience has made me so furious as to bust one out. Today is that glorious day. I apologize for the caps lock now. For the benefit of Cobblestone management, I will be providing tips on how to improve service. I do this in lieu of meeting with a manager, since I don't want another Cobblestone employee to touch my damn car ever again. OK, to start with: any business that adds lots of extra crap to their facility is generally going to be truly horrible at their core competency. And Cobblestone is a shining example of that axiom. A big-screen TV here, a donut counter there, fake leather couch and BAM, just enough distraction to allow for the lowest level of service at the highest possible prices. Classic East Valley Suburban Business Model. Now, onto my experience. I bought an Ultimate+ ($33) wash after they successfully upsold me on all the marvelous benefits of a shiny roof rack. OK, what the hell, I thought. Also included RainX, Carnuba wax, and an interior polish of some sort. Since this was my wife's car, I figured this would make her happy. Little did I know what I was up against. Because here's the thing: aside from interior polish, NONE OF THAT OTHER STUFF WAS DONE. How do I know? I watched the entire process from the time it came out of the wash to the point where they yelled for me. No RainX. No roof rack polish. No carnuba. TIP #1: Try to actually do the services you overcharge for, especially when the client is STANDING TEN FEET AWAY. Oh, to be fair, they spooged some kind of glop around the dashboard, wiped it a few times and left huge swaths uncovered. The parts that were done completely were so deep in this greasy slime that my hands still smell from the steering wheel coating. When I finally got the car home, reeking like the dumpster at Perfumania, I had to work for nearly an hour to even out the missed spots, slimy spots, and the greasy handprints on all the door moldings. TIP #2: If the dashboard is dripping, you may have applied too much product. I also watched them do other people's cars, because those people were completely oblivious, downloading paid iPhone apps like 'Fuzzy Talking Clock'. In particular, I enjoyed the young kid who was polishing some kind of liquid on the bumper of a new Jeep, leaving untouched areas the size of my hand in plain view. But the owner didn't care - he had to get to the gym to show off his new calf tattoo, and so he drove off into the world with a bumper that had a distinct Picasso impression. TIP #3: Believe it or not, many people bring their cars to a car wash because they believe might actually look better, not worse, after the session. Did I mention that I have a rewards card? Yeah, not one of my brighter purchases. When I told them about it and gave my card, they said it was not "activated". I told them that I already used it. They just sort of scratched their collective heads and told me to apply for the same card again, and maybe I would have a membership in a few weeks. TIP #4: Don't hold your breath waiting to grant me my free Express Wash. So I offer you, the prospective Cobblestone customer, the benefit of my hard-earned wisdom - please go somewhere else. Unless you have a wicked streak of masochism and like paying others to do to your car what you will then have to undo when you arrive home. Then, by all means, stop by today for a donut and free wi-fi. read more

Be careful when you get your car washed at this location. The first time I came here , I was happy with their service. So I came back on a SATURDAY for a car wash . Everything was rush rush rush , including the way the service people talk you into buying the next level up wash. I thought I would add the CARPET shampoo to the wash. SUNDAY - the car smelled so bad like stale wet clothes left in the wash. MONDAY - the car smelled worst. I checked the carpet on driver side and in the back - IT WAS FREAKING SOAKING WET ! Went back to this location and the service person was maintaining his friendly customer service. He was emp# 1026. He tried to correct the problem. There was another service person who came and looked at the car, but made me feel like it was my fault ?? Did you leave the windows open? Did you not removed your carpet cover? So I thought I would call the car wash manager and complain about That UNFRIENDLY SERVICE PERSON WITH NEGATIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMER. I'm glad that Al ESCALONA , the car wash manager came and took care of the problem . This Cobblestone location is awesome! I've had family in the area for a few years who only use Cobblestone for auto cleaning. My uncle uses them for much more intense cleaning on his and my aunt's autos. He's a fairly particular guy, so if he loves them, then my mom, brother and I will try them too. You cannot beat a $5 wash and thorough towel-dry! In my hometown, it's $8 for a wash with no towel-dry [just the machine driers]. Knowing myself [meticulous for keeping my car's exterior spotless, I'll probably purchase the $15/month unlimited plan in the near future but keep it to that since the gas is more expensive than other local options. read more

I still have the same smudge on my rear window even after taking it for an expensive wash every week or two. Today I waited 45 minutes while people who came after me kept getting out the door before me. My RAV4 sat for 30 minutes untouched for the drying and window cleaning portion of the clean. Meanwhile, people who got there after me are leaving and leaving while my vehicle is just ignored. Mind you I pay the monthly membership $50 a month just to have my vehicle dry on its own, not bothering to clean ALL the windows, and if they do open my back hatch, they don't clean the inside and outside of the glass as I stated earlier, the same smudge mark has remained untouched through several washes. Then what really troubles me is my back hatch is on hydraulics and you simply need to push a button to open and close, I've watched them force closing the hatch which is very expensive to repair. I don't know why they bother opening it as they aren't cleaning the glass. Rarely do they wipe my dash, I've literally had to have them clean my windshield several times as you can see where they sprayed but forgot to wipe the windshield. I'm most likely going to cancel the $50 monthly membership as I don't get what I'm paying for. I bought a car detail when they were pushing that and once I'm done getting that completed, I'll just pay as I go. They really need to hire more staff to dry and complete the cleaning so the staff can be more thorough and timely. My vehicle would still be sitting there had I not complained to the cashier after sitting there for 35 minutes. Then the cashier seemed bothered. He then shouted into the overhead speaker asking the status of my vehicle. Just tacky. The entire business heard my inquiry. read more

Avoid this place at all costs! I brought my brand new 2016 Chevy Equinox here for its first wash. I thought that this place seemed pretty legitimate and safe to have my car washed. I was wrong! I inspected the car before accepting the keys and there is a chip in the paint on the drivers side. There were no scratches or chips on the car prior to bringing it in. I brought it to the attention of the GM, Jason Dyer, who told me that it was not from them. I explained that my car was fine before they washed it. He continued to tell me that the chip wasn't fresh and not caused by them. He was rude and kept denying any fault. Please, avoid this place! read more

Took my car in for an oil change. It has a specific spec oil and filter that I brought in myself. I was overcharged, had a coupon for $5 off they wouldn't honor, "because I brought my own oil and filter in." Wouldn't even wash it either, even though coupon says includes full service wash and all I wanted was an express wash. This place keeps getting worse. I've been going there since 2003. Danielle at the register was no help either. Refused to honor coupon even though I told her I'd be letting others know about my experience on yelp. I thought I would give Cobblestone another try since my last review and they contacted me and it seemed like they cared. I was contemplating going to Francis & Sons on Cooper & Ray, as I went there the week before with my SUV and they did a PERFECT job. But, since I was somewhat in a hurry and I didn't want to drive all the way there, Cobblestone was close to the 202, I thought I would give them another try. I didn't have any coupons with me, so I knew I'd be subjected to their prices. I asked if they had any specials and the guy said the $32.99 car wash. Sorry, I don't need anything that expensive and I was hoping I could only spend like $10-12. Their least expensive was $15.99 and the guy said it should have some waxing for all the bird poop on the care. So, I let him talked me into the $19.99 car wash where he would give me $2 off, so it would be $17.99. I said Okay. Basically I would have gotten the same thing at Francis for closer to $10, but I was here and just said okay. The place was packed and like a zoo. I waited for about 1/2 hr before my car was ready. Gave the guy cleaning my car a $3 tip. Got in my car and was about to enter onto Alma School, looked at my rear window and it was a mess and gross, like when I brought it in. I came back around the north entrance and stopped my car. Motioned to one of the guys that saw me standing there with an unhappy look on my face. I think this guy's name was Gilbert, at least that's what his shirt said. Told him I just got my car washed and the back window hadn't been cleaned. It wasn't just a little bit, it was totally not cleaned. Another guy rushed to come clean the window. Okay. While standing there, I noticed there was still a bunch of bird poop on my car. This made me upset because I talked about it with the original sales guy and how could whomever be wiping down my car and not notice that? It wasn't just a little bit, it was still a lot. Basically, 75% of the bird poop got cleaned off, but 25% was still there. So then I motioned for Gilbert to come back and he did eventually, after working on another car. Mind you, I've now been at this car wash over an hour. I showed Gilbert how awful all this bird poop was and that that was the main thing I came here to do to get that stuff off my car. So, I wait some more for a different guy to come clean it off. Finally I was able to drive off and then I noticed, the dashboard wasn't totally wiped down, only some of it. The steering column and all that area and the radio area wasn't wiped down. Still very dusty. And I had not opened the passenger side until later in the day, when I noticed they had not vacuumed around the seat area. I noticed that first thing when I opened the door. And there was still trash in the car that they failed to pick up. The inside of the car wasn't real dirty. It was somewhat dusty, needed to be wiped down, vacuumed, and the windows greatly needed to be cleaned. They only vacuumed and dusted some of the car and only did some of the windows inside. However, had I known that they were going to do a crappy job of cleaning the inside, I could have gone to our regular drive thru car wash for $5 and gotten a cleaner car than the $21 total I paid for. Sure, the place is busy, but if you're so busy that the guys don't do a good job cleaning, then why bother coming here. Next time if I want a full service wash, I can go to Francis & Sons or Danny's. With the job Cobblestone does, you're better off saving your money and going through a drive thru car wash and then taking another 10 minutes to vacuum and wipe down your car yourself, and do the windows. While this place can get busy. Their express lane is a sweet deal. If you go during the week there is almost no line during the express. Even if you choose full service you can get in and out pretty quickly. Weekends are as you would expect. Pretty jammed packed so the wait time is accordingly. I've never had any issues with my car being damaged or not cleaned for the value of the price. For all its small little faults (which are by no means an issue) this place is 1000% better than Danny's. And there is a Dunkin inside to sweeten the deal!! read more

Car wash is usually alright... they could vacuum and wipe the inside a little better then they do but it's the employee who comes to your window to ask you what car wash you would like that just makes me not want to bring my vehicles to this car wash that I have been coming to for over a year... his name is James and his sales pitch is just plain harassment he just doesn't take no for an answer no matter how you say NO! 4.5 stars!! I'd give it 5 stars if it was open later. Stumbled upon this by accident after my car was in the auto shop. For the last hour, I've noticed that it would be an excellent spot to study at!! They've got TVs, Dunkin' Donuts, FREE WiFi, three computers, TONS of drinks, chips, snacks.. etc, AND GOOD MUSIC!!! Snacks and such are inexpensive here which is a steal bc at coffee shops, you'd be spending 3x as much. I truly like it here and wish it was open later!!! read more

When I have to get an oil change I usually print out the coupon online and head over to Cobblestone for my oil change and free car wash. The good: They have a system where they can tell you the last time they did anything to your car, ya know the Transmission flush and/or filter change. They also have a reward system that adds up points and you can get free things. Also depending on when you go they can get you oil changed and out of there quick, even with some added services at times. The bad: They are always trying to talk you into some other service. The last few times I went I spend more than I had planned on. I am not sure if it is because I'm a women or my vehicles really needed the extra services. My goals, Try to remember what my book says about when it needs services so I don't get unnecessary services or services too soon.
