They cost twice as much as others companies but warrant their work much longer and have higher insurance should something go wrong. It did go wrong for me. I moved into a new build home and had a small area of pavers installed and then a large area of artificial turf. The job went well and looked great, then it rained and part of the turf sunk. I went to the builder and they said is was not their fault. I went to System Pavers and the construction manager Rich Daugherty said it was not their fault but that for their cost they would repair so I called and emailed Rich with no response. I let this sit for a while because I was so angry. I am disappointed that there was no follow through.
