Oh, Coach, you're so pretty. I just can't quit you! It was time to update my purse! I had specific needs in mind, and Coach managed to meet them all. On this particular trip, I *only* walked our with one bag, but on my subsequent visits, I have been known to get a few items. But this time, I put myself on a budget :) This was also the first time I have ever had to wait outside the store in order to get in. I was the 10th or so person in line, and it really only took about five minutes, but I will definitely make it my first stop next time--not just get-there-when-I-get-there. I'm obsessed with coach but it's normally out of my price range. This outlet let's me get things for the same price as no name brands. The only problem is that everyone else loves coach too. If you go on the weekends or during Christmastime expect to wait in line to get into the store. read more

This was my first time shopping at a Coach store. I received a gift card for a special occasion and made a special trip out to your store only to be treated like garbage. As I approached your store, I see a line wrapping around the side of the building. Seriously, what was this about? Was it a big sale? Was the store so full that it was too full for safety reasons and they couldn't let everyone in. Was the store simply tiny, that they can only fit in a few people at a time. NO not one of these reason were it. As I waited outside with my kids for at least a 1/2 hour if not longer in the cold weather I finally gain entrance to the store. I walk in and I am just angry as I see the store is HUGE and it is not full. Here is what I have to say to you Coach at Aurora Outlet...You ruined my coach experience. Although I have found your products to be quality I will never ever ever shop at any of your stores again or purchase an item out of principle. It was very clear that making your customers wait outside in an unnecessary line is was some tactic to make customers think your store is busier that it is. You also make it clear that your store is more interested in adhering to a silly policy than to actually listening to the customers outside who are complaining. You also are not watching the numerous amounts of customers who leave the line as they are not willing to wait. Shame on you and your arrogant tactic. Although your products are nice, I can find another nice products elsewhere that don't make me wait in an unnecessary line during bad weather. read more

This store has the worst customer service. I walked into the store with my grandmother and we were greeted at the front, but that was about all the service we got. We had come in to buy a few purses for a trip she is going on next week and as we walked threw the store no one even asked us if we needed assistance. We were in the store for a good 30 minutes without anyone helping us or even saying anything to us at all. There were about 8 sales associates on the floor and maybe 3 other people besides us in the store shopping (so it was definitely not busy). Once we picked out some items we wanted to buy we headed towards the registers and this very pushy women comes up to us and grabs the bags from my grandmother and walks them to the counter. I knew what she was doing...she wanted the commission, but the way she did it was so obvious and irritating. No one had spoken to us the whole time, but now that she saw we were going to purchase something she ran up to grab the items to have rung up under her. Her name was Ju Yin, and I am definitely writing to corporate about this store...I was so disappointed. We would have bought more if we had someone actually helping us. I would give 0 stars, but the app doesn't allow me to. The prices are really great at the store...too bad the staff is not. read more

We visited your store on 17th and liked one purse which was quoting dollar 97/- after Discount.Again we visited the same outlet on BLACk FRIDAY the same purse was Being quoted at 106/- after additional 10% discount.Well they had jacked up the Price and said they are giving additional discount.Well waiting in the Queue for one And a half hour in the cold and being taken for a ride.We bought the purse at a Higher price as we could not do anything.But remember it leaves a bad taste.I am A good customer of COACH,but now I will have to think twice before I shop. I have always, always found incredible deals at this outlet and I am not even a fan of Coach products. When I am looking for a leather bag, this is my go to place. I went in the other day and all of the clearance items were an additional 40% off plus an additional 50% off that price! The sales prices are cheaper than lower end regular goods. read more

I ordered three mens trench coat at this location. Since they did not have the small sizes so the associate helped me place a found order. A few days later I received email the found order failed because they sold out. So I returned to this store to see if they can order for me again. This time a manager was involved and she said she had to charge me 3 times of the $10 shipping fee because the coats will be shipped from 3 store locations. I did found orders before and they always charge 1 time shipping no matter how many I order, PLUS it was you guys failed the order and wasting my time to come here again and you ask for 3 times of shipping charge?！Apparently this manager wanted more money out of my purchase, I hope you guys do not encounter this lady Paige, who is rude and greedy, and should not be one of the managers here that scare customer away read more

I own my share of handbags from FP COACH. But I will let you all know that 90-95% of the pieces in the Outlet, actually called the Factory Store, are made just for the Outlet. They are still COACH but some are styles that were not sold in the FP stores. And I have even seen them being sold on eBay for more than what they are being sold at the Outlet. The leathers and fabrics are a little different. The closures are as well. The packaging is different, meaning the shopper is white with red printing. Generally, you will not get a dust bag. They are still guaranteed if something goes wrong with it BUT if you need to return it, taking it back to a FP store will be a hassle and you will generally be told to take it back to the Outlet, especially if you do not have the receipt. Check the back of the receipt. But all in all, everyone can find something in there and for gifts, I have bought there for those. And compared to the FP store, the prices are less, and you are still getting COACH. Be prepared to wait in line to get in the door. And for Holidays, whoa nelly, really long line. read more

Just found out that the return policy is 30 days. I have the receipts and original price tags but just over the 30 days limit. I could not even get a store credit due to some convoluted restrictions on the inventory dates. The sales persons were unfriendly and unhelpful. Store manager was not in the store. No. No. Nooooo!!! Dont do it. Dont listen to youre sister or coworker or cousin who swears they got awesome deals. They didnt. Coach outlets USED to have great deals. Once upon a time Coach bags came in like 5 colors and were usually all leather. Over the past decade or so Coach has ventured into bags made of plastic, cloth and pleather (yes there is a difference between plastic and pleather.) Coach outlet inventory is primarily plastic, pleather and cloth.. Yes there are some leather bags in the store...BUT the discount is nowhere near as steep as the discounts on the plastic purses. That said. Do not be fooled by the 65% off advertising. Usually this means off the REGULAR (as in what you would pay at the regular store.) This is what confuses me about outlet stores. They are outlet stores. Complete with their own advertising, coupons and policies. They are very quick to point this out to consumers. So for the life of me I can understand how the original price comes into play. For example the sign says 50% off. I automatically think its gonna be a steal. But then they explain its off regular price. Fine. But how does regular price even come into play in an outlet store? So essentially you can get the cloth or plastic purses for as low as 120.00 or so. The leather ones end up only being a slight discount off regular retail. Add in the lines to get in and ridiculous crowds and this place is a definite NO. Staff is iffy. Usually they are just surly overwhelemed jerks. But a few stand out as helpful and friendly. I personally own at least 30 coach bags both from the coach store and the factory outlet. I will always go to the outlet because the prices are so much more reasonable. Yes very crowed on the weekend but the line moves rather quickly. I suggest everyone go the bags. I get nothing but compliments! I love the outlet mall. read more

I came to this coach store to buy my mother a purse for mothers day recently and What happens next was unreal!!!!! I'm holding the purse I originally was going to purchase untill me and my fiance was looking at another purse we spotted that goes well since she travels a lot on buisness. While comparing the two, a young lady by the name of barbie walks up and says... can i help you, and i said sure. I told her we are indecisive on which purse to go with, so she asked Who is the purse for? I say my mother, then she bluntly said....well This purse is more for a professional woman, I don't think she would be suited for that!!! Then she says..oh I'm not saying your mother isn't professional.. after she thought about the discriminating words that came out her mouth. I called cooperate and filed a complaint. This branch is terrible. We arrived there at 10pm, thanksgiving night. We got a coupon saying that we get an additional 10% off before 9am on Friday. When we checked out, a man who was not a regular cashier serviced us very rudely, and said that we can't use this Thanks giving coupon without giving a reason. We tried to tell him that this is what we got at this branch just minutes ago. While he still said no. Yes, there are many people, but that doesn't mean they can ignore us like that. The women here are HORRIBLE! I made a long drive to make an online return. When I walked in the young woman up from told me to step to the right behind some women and pointed. I went as directed and proceeded to wait behind the women who were spending over $1000 on purses. After waiting for over twenty minutes the cashier asked me what I needed and I explained that I had an online return. She explained that she is a "mobile" (as if I'm supposed to know what that means) and could not do that and that I'd have to move into the other line when I told her I had already been waiting for over twenty minutes she said she would see what she could do. I was then approached by a manager named Maria who just kept yelling at me to get into the long line. I had already waited twenty minutes I wasn't about to wait another twenty. By this time I'm angry and irritated. I explained that I did as I was instructed to by the woman by the door. Maria leaves and then I was approached by another woman naked Suzie. Suzie again yells at me to get in the other line and when I refused she would not leave me alone. I turned my back to her waiting to be helped by the cashier again. After all this I decided to say screw it and count it as a wasted trip and just mail them back as I went to leave the girl by the door asked me what had happened when I started to tell her I was once again approached by Suzie would asked me to leave the store. Why do you think I'm standing by the door you rude psycho woman? Great to know they don't care about their customers. Will never buy from coach again out of shear principle. Not even online for risk of having to come back here to return. Sure there is the mail back option but that just doesn't seem safe when you're dealing with a $300 purse.
