Great atmosphere and wonderful friendly service. We were hungry after running some errands in South Sacramento area and the wife wanted some Vietnamese food. This place was a great choice! Clean restaurant except the floors are a bit sticky. But other than the floors the interior is really nice and well done. Definitely check out Co Ba Saigon!

All the dishes were on point and authentic. Tony was also very helpful and checked on us often. Decoration reminded me of Vietnam. Will come back.

The beef rip pho was delicious and huge!! Waitstaff was very friendly and took great care of us. The spring rolls and Thai tea were yummy. The only thing I would point out is that all five water cups that were at our table smelled very strongly of bleach so we didn't drink any water. Not sure if it just happened to be our cups, but it was very late in the day and we were super hungry so we just ordered different drinks. Pho was flavorful so will definitely coming back to eat here again.

The customer service was Excellent! Our server Tony made sure we had everything and continued to come check on us. The Best part was the food was so delicious! Flavor and great presentation!

Not bad at all...this location/spot has changed ownerships a few times so I was reluctant to come back but much to my dismay they have a variety of dishes I really like. After reading some of the latest reviews and I had a craving for Bun Rieu We ventured back to try Pho Co Ba Dishes we ordered: Canh chua/Sweet Sour soup with cat fish Camalized Pork belly Bun Rieu All were delicious and tasty Service was a bit chaotic but not enough to complain Note: location/area is sketchy due to the parking lot activities! We will definitely come back and try their other dishes Bon appetite

FOOD - Seafood With Rice or Egg Noodle: I ordered mine with both types of noodles, no veggies, and dry. It came with fish balls, squid, shrimp, and tobiko fishball. I liked the addition of tobiko fishballs. The flavor was good but the broth could have used more flavor. 3.5/5 SERVICE: I came with my family and parents. Our server was friendly and engaged with my kids. He was very accommodating to all of our asks and needs. Service was great except my mom didn't get her food until everyone else was almost done with theirs. We had to ask about her order as it was coming out. Then she felt rushed because she didn't want us to wait on her. 3/5 FINAL THOUGHTS: I would come back and try other items. Hopefully they don't forget any of our orders.

Part of the Family Dinner for 2 - veggie dish not pictured

Stopped by here while running errands in Sac Town. We got the family dinner for 2 - canh chua shrimp, caramelized catfish claypot and stir fried veggies ($45.99) plus the offal plate appetizer ($17.99). All dishes were amazingly good... the com gia dinh reminds me of the dinners I had with my family as a kid. The canh chua soup is one of the best I've ever had at a restaurant. Can't wait to return next time I'm in town!! Staff is so helpful and attentive, esp our waiter and Tony :) bathrooms are super clean and there is plenty of parking.

Stopped by here after my usual pho place closed for the day. Got the banh canh and it didnt disappoint. It was clean and very friendly staff. Will definitely come back. Tony was awesome! Cant wait to try other items!

Went here on a cold winter night in February with my siblings for dinner. The restaurant had a steady stream of customers, but was not overly packed, which I prefer. We ordered the spring rolls and the duck rice plate as an appetizer. I liked both dishes, but did prefer the spring rolls and the peanut sauce. Both dishes were good. I ended up ordering a small bowl of pho for myself and it was good. My siblings all ordered pho as well except one who ordered the Bun Bo Hue. We all liked our dishes and the customer service was excellent. I did not know am old friend of mines family owns this restaurant so it was a nice surprise. This restaurant is located next to a liquor store, which is busy and has a lot of customers coming and going. Will be back again

This particular restaurant spot always changes but I am glad I gave this place a try! I definitely think they now have better pho and food options than the past previous restaurants. I got #27 which is a pork chop rice plate. It was so filling! Great portions for everything it came with and the server gave me a side of broth which complimented the meal so well. My family got their pho and the broth was flavorful. I tried the tendon in the pho and it literally just melts! Best part ever. The space is clean and open. The servers are very nice and welcoming. I'll definitely come back!

    Bun mam. Not recommended.

Bun mam did not taste authentic. The fish was not fresh, the eggplant was not thoroughly cooked, the straw mushrooms were stale, and the broth was off. I didn't get why their bun mam had straw mushrooms, snails, and green/fried onions. The place was not busy. There were plenty of seats. The music choice was not pleasing (maybe it works for other guests, but not for me). I didn't try any other dishes but hope they are better than bun mam.

    Bun Bo Hue
    Vivian P.

My boyfriend and I wanted something warm after our snowboarding trip, so we came here. Parking was super quick to find! There wasn't a lot of people in store, but the ambiance was nice and it seemed like they had a lot of online orders. We both got the Bun Bo Hue, and it came out fresh! I like my bun bo hue super spicy, so I had to add a bit more chili sauce. Our waiter was super friendly as well!

    They've closed.
    Jolene X.

They've closed and it's now becoming a Chinese restaurant. They had the best Vietnamese coffee here and I'll now have to start looking for one that can comes close to theirs.

Is it closed now? Drove to it and it looked closed down

I think so. We also drove by into the plaza and couldn't find the place. Others say it was previously a restaurant named something else but we didn't see any building indicating the old or new name

Was this the restaurant that used to be Pho Sacto? Is it same management, just different name?

Yes! This the restaurant that used to be "Pho Sacto". It doen't look like it has the same management,

So glad they opened a Seapot in Sac so I can get my fix without going to the Bay Area now :) Came on a Saturday at 6pm for a party of 2 noting 30min wait on the Yelp waitlist but actually no one was waiting much in the front when we got in to checkin and we got seated right away (maybe people starting to add names to the waitlist for 7pm!). Opted for hotpot only which is imo my go-to here, but appreciate that the sauce/salad bar has some Chinese sides / Korean banchan to cut through the meat (e.g. seaweed salad, pickled radish, korean fishcake, pretty good cold marinated pigs ears). Fried sides at the bar such as the eggrolls we skipped after 1x bc they were quite soggy. I've been to basically all the norcal Seapot locations now, this one and San Mateo are probably my go-to based on the fact they both have the best soup selection. My partner likes the tomato broth and I like creamy milk (sweet, savory, w some corn), which is unfortunately not on the menu of the Daly City location. In terms of meats, we usually just keep a steady flow of beef (Angus, Wagyu, Ribeye, Brisket) coming and enjoy all of them. Our waiter was very attentive, worked a lot of tables and we never had to ask for more soda refills or meat orders. As we ate, the restaurant got more crowded for the 7pm weekend dinner rush so we watched waves of ppl starting to line up at the sauce/salad bar after initially being seated so we would wait for these to die down before walking up there. Meat took a little bit more time to come out when it got more busy after we ordered with our waiter, but was a steady flow as we ate. If you come with a 4+ people, it's most fun to sit close to the conveyor in the booth to have best access to the hotpot sides. Depending on where you are seated on the conveyor, you might need to wait for certain seafood or noodle sides longer than others. But luckily the meat comes separately to your table, which is the star of the show anyways. Overall love Seapot and it is a nice addition to Sac esp during the cold season!

I got the Kobe Beef with Miso & Crab Rieu as the two broths. I was able to comfortably split the large size with my husband, but we probably could've used a slightly larger portion for his sake. The chicken wings appetizer was very flavorful too! (The server listed three options for wings and we went with the one that included jalapeños.)
