Throughout the project we had various changes and additions and he was very accommodating even day of changes and the additional services that we requested were priced reasonably. Since I hired Vincent Deletto I am down almost 30 pounds due to the stress, anxiety and heartache that he's caused me. Trying to get Vincent and his company to perform work is worse than pulling teeth. Vincent Deletto abused me. I had an adjuster come to the house on Friday to begin an estimate of how much more work is left to be done and he told me he estimated there is an excess of $550,000 of work and material to be completed. I recently got a quote from another contractor to finish the rest of the work in the contract and the quote I got to finish the work was for over $724,000!!! Vincent Deletto was supposed to have my house completed in 28-40 weeks which should've had our project completion date as per our contract sometime between May 1, 2021 (28 weeks) - October 16, 2021 (40 weeks). Vincent Deletto & his company were over a year behind schedule yet he still have little to no men working on my house Monday through Friday. I seldom saw more than 2 of his workers or subs workers at my house on any given work day. He's since vacant we the project. Jim Curry connected me with Vincent Deletto. I got played like a fiddle. So when we decided to expand our kitchen we hired them to do the work, knowing that we would get a superior job. The quality of their workmanship is really outstanding from the foundation all the way to the finish carpentry! They explained the entire process clearly at the beginning of the job and presented a clear, professional, contract before starting. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up every day before they left. They dug the foundation for the extension, built the foundation wall, built the walls and roof and installed new windows. Inside they did the drywall, laid a new floor and installed the cabinetry. The finished product exceeded our expectations! We have referred several people to Q&M knowing that they will not be disappointed.

After job was done was told , need new flue ... after waiting for that estimate finally received it $2500 more after paying $2800 for the chimney ... Had that company come over beforehand look at chimney never told me it needed a flue ... Also they reused old tin cap and assembly on top and now it looks bent after reinstall ! Just can't believe $2800 for 5 hours work , what do bricks and a little mortar cost ? Grant it something I can't do , only because of my age ! Understand costs of running a business and making a profit and having a couple of 25 year old kids , I expected at least a whole new tin cap and everything new ...
