I don't enjoy having to write this review but I want others to avoid wasting their time like I did…read more I scheduled for Kyle to come out on 7/11 for an estimate. He did not show up, which is extra unfortunate as it was an early Saturday morning. However, mistakes happen and I don't believe that one scheduling mishap defines a company. I was willing to reschedule. Eventually, I got ahold of Kyle again via Facebook and was rescheduled for an estimate on 7/30. Kyle was on his way to a job and had very limited time to offer us at our appointment (10 min). We didn't know that of course, until he got to our home. Rushing through his questions, taking his notes with a sharpie and scrap piece of paper, and not bothering to have a mask to wear were all pretty big red flags. I knew we would NOT be a priority to this company. Regardless, he was friendly enough and said he'd get the estimate to us in a couple days (it was a Friday so I figured by mid-first week of August). Well, not surprisingly, an estimate didn't come. Three weeks later and I notice him offering free estimates on the local community page and I took the opportunity to ask him if my estimate was on the way. I got "It will be ready early next week". Fast-forward to September and I have received nothing from this company. I have reached out to 4 other businesses in the meantime and their conduct has been more professional, friendly and structured by a mile. I am very confused by my experience with WNY Property Kings and their lack of professionalism, as they came highly recommended.

We were so surprised to find that Kaz had all we needed in their showroom for making selections of products for our project. Lisa was so great in helping us make our final selections with tips and knowledge about materials. The best part of working with Kaz was having Dave T as our project manager. The quality of his work was exceptional. If there was a decision to be made, he consulted us and he paid attention to the smallest of details. He was easy going, friendly, funny and professional and we enjoyed that he whistled the whole time! Thank you Dave for making this project stress free. Our completed bathroom is beautiful! We highly recommend Kaz if you are thinking of any home improvement.

This company is not even in Buffalo, they are in Saratoga Springs NY, what they do is use google and Facebook to get in front of you for you to call them. They then persuade you to go with them, and once you do they subcontract your work out to a local company. This guy is not legit, he is not licensed anywhere in WNY to do any kind of work. Think 3 times before hiring this basically 3rd party company. It's plenty of contractors in Buffalo who would love to do your project. Why give it to a guy who's not even from here. It's very deceptive to say you're a construction company, but really you just steal leads to re sell to qualified contractors!
