We were quoted for a new roof on our home in April 2025 and work began soon after. The workers had total disregard for our property. They stomped across our front garden, left their empty cans in our children's sandbox, and left nails just all over. They also smashed and snapped a huge limb off of our lilac bush (I watched them do this carelessly). They left extra pieces of roofing on the roof that blew off into the yard as well as a significant amount of nails on top of the roof of our porch. I understand the work can be messy, but this seemed outrageous. I was picking nails off our driveway for months afterward. The real issues started this winter. We live in Colden, NY and are used to harsh winters with an old roof. However, you'd think after almost $30k for a brand new roof you wouldn't have to worry about leaking/ insane ice issues on it. We have had leaking in the past that we were told would be remedied with the new roof. Instead, the leaking has been significantly worse this year causing more damage through our walls and ceilings. The first time they sent a repairman out to address the issue I was not asked if we were home or if they could come on the property. They called and told me (again, not asked) they'd be at our house in 20 minutes. While I appreciate the quick response, I am a SAHM with two littles and really did not feel comfortable receiving a call that someone would be coming into my home while I was home by myself. In addition to this, they gave the repairman the wrong address and he ended up stuck in my neighbor's driveway which was completely torn up when they pulled him out. The repairman did nothing but take photos of the house and shrug. He told me he couldn't do anything because the amount of ice on the roof would further damage it. The second time this happened, he took a ladder up to look at the issue and told us it was because of the siding. Our siding is old, however we are not convinced the siding is the issue. He found more pieces of roof that'd blown off in our yard and told us he was going to leave to reshape them and come back later that day to reattach them. He never came back, and we never heard from anyone again.

Contacted this company for a quote for my project. They say they are quality construction, honest…read moreservice. I can tell you that's a lie. This company is not even in Buffalo, they are in Saratoga Springs NY, what they do is use google and Facebook to get in front of you for you to call them. They then persuade you to go with them, and once you do they subcontract your work out to a local company. This guy is not legit, he is not licensed anywhere in WNY to do any kind of work. Think 3 times before hiring this basically 3rd party company. It's plenty of contractors in Buffalo who would love to do your project. Why give it to a guy who's not even from here. It's very deceptive to say you're a construction company, but really you just steal leads to re sell to qualified contractors!

However, we did not have the funds and did not want to pay an additional charge to put the deposit on my credit card. When I reached out to John and explained the situation he put me on the schedule in good faith until I sent in the deposit. The work started on the day we were told it would start and ended on the day we were told it would end. Partway through the work I realized that John and I may have had a communication error with what I wanted and what he thought I wanted and when we discussed it he immediately corrected and promptly addressed my concerns. In all this was the best experience I've had with a contractor.

I got 5 hours worth of spam messages about not knowing anything about concrete and some interesting pictures from him. Image him talking like that to some ones grandmother.
