When it would rain, water would seep into my laundry room from a corner behind the washing machine. Petar came to see where the problem was and immediately identified a foundation leak. We set up an appointment for a Saturday a couple of weeks later. There was fantastic communication throughout the entire process. Petar offers a lifetime, transferable warranty. The work itself is great, they were on time, professional but nice, and a 2-3 day job ended up being just 2 days, even with adding installation of a new window well to the job that day. The next day, there was a lot of water in the basement. Petar came right over to see what the issue was. it wasn't their work, a pipe right over the work had a slit/hole, and spewed water all over when I was outside watering my plants. I apologized for having him come by when it was not his fault, but he could not have been nicer about it, he prides himself on excellent customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

DO NOT CALL PATRICK. DO NOT HIRE PATRICK. DO NOT TRUST PATRICK…read more PATRICK FORTNEY is very UNRELIABLE and SHADY. I tried several times to give him a chance to finish the job, and he has let me down every single time. He had so many excuses (car accident, lost phone, no money, etc) that I was a fool for trusting him. It's embarrassing. I urge you to READ THE FILTERED REVIEWS, and check out the horrible reviews on Angie's List and ripoffreport.com. I made a huge mistake by hiring him to clean our chimney, and then I made an even bigger mistake by agreeing to let him install a liner and do some other "critical" repairs. The BIGGEST mistake I made was to not listen to my wife and (against my better judgment) give him multiple chances (and checks). I really really wanted this to work out. He has been MIA for the past 10 days, and I have no confidence whatsoever that he will actually respond to any of my text messages or phone calls. The next step is to go after him (and his business) in small claims court and/or through the BBB. I hope this prevents any further damage done to honest and hard-working individuals.
