He quickly dropped what he had going on and addressed my concern. Previously, during the inspection and estimate process, one of the technicians had quite a good conversation with my wife. She said ahe thoroughly enjoyed it. When the technicians returned to install the product, I mentioned how my wife relayed her discussion. It was the same technician (and the owners son).
