But the gesture was appreciated. 5 minutes later, our original chicken order was delivered. 40+ minutes in total! I would have been ok if they had warned us up front, but then again, we might have left to go somewhere else. This is definitely the highest rated fast casual food in the area, and the food backed it up. Just be prepared to wait!
