Got Clucked TF up at Cluck Kitchen. Luckily I tried the "Get Clucked" spice level last. It's Carolina Reaper Pepper and man was it intense. The staff was super helpful and warned me but I didn't head the warning, except that I tried it on the sandwich. They said the bun and toppings would help cut through the spice versus their other options. I couldn't tell but could imagine without the bun and toppings. My favorite though was the Nashville Hot Wings, Medium spice. The bone in, skin on chicken was probably the best I've ever had. The flavor is unlike any of the typical fried chicken joints. Sides, the fried pickles are legit. Super flavorful and perfect crisp and tart balance. I'll be back... probably even sooner, if I hadn't tried the get clucked. P.S. 2 bites of that and I was done! I had to come back and write ANOTHER review because my fatty butt went back again for those Hot Honey wings and Karyssa (PRAYING I spelled her name right lol) remembered my last order AND my name!! She absolutely blew my mind. Like WOW At first I was like, "Wait... is this a good thing or a bad thing?!"She said GOOD, so we're going with that. Made it back for a 2nd visit, was sad to hear that the wings were sold out but, I get it given how amazing they are. Staff was super apologetic and hospitable though. They suggested nashville hot nuggets with comeback sauce and told me they hand trim thigh meat for the nugs. I love dark meat chicken so took em up on the suggestion and now I don't know if I'm going with nuggets or wings on the next visit! LOL. Super impressed with everything I've had so far. Tried Cluck Chicken in Redlands and it did not disappoint! We shared a chicken sandwich and it was massive -- the chicken breast patty was thick, juicy, and full of flavor. As we wind down our visit, it was time to do take-out. Yes, I'm the dine-in and take-out gal LOL. Cornerstone BBQ (stop #9) had really good looking chicken kabobs sold by the pound at $11.99 per lb. I couldn't resist but to get one kabob. I should have gotten three of them. Chicken meat was so tender and flavorful. Green peppers and onions were super fresh. Yes, it was over $10 for that one kabob, but worth every penny. Both my daughters and I enjoyed it every much. YUMMY! I wanted to get one side to accompany the kabob. I really wanted to get the baked beans, but it's made with brisket which some people may love, but I don't eat beef so it was a no go for me. One of the lady staff recommended the mac n cheese so that's what I got. Mac n cheese was just okay nothing special. They offer complimentary sauces. I got a little bit of the 4 sauces. Most of them were spicy, but one was on the sweeter side and that one was a keeper. Lady staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you Misses! Highly recommend Cornerstone BBQ! We'll be back for more chicken kabobs and to try their ribs + pulled pork + pork belly flight. See you here!! FYI, free parking located at 101 W Stuart Ave. Market can be reached by foot within a few minutes. Be careful when you cross the train tracks. Please remember to look both sides.
