Was passing by and saw lots of people waiting in line. I'm usually not a fan of fried chicken as there are many different locations that pop up these days. But what the heck, I decided to go in and was greeted instantly. Although this place was busy, they took the time to say hello and ask how my day was. Inside was a place that was clean, well kept, and organized. I felt that the staff really did their work to make the place comfortable for guests. Now let's talk about the food! We got the classic Nashville hot, some Nashville pickles, and some fries. The chicken was probably one of the juiciest fried chickens I've ever had and just enough heat to give it a kick. The cluck sauce and the ranch is a must!!! The sides were generous as those three items were more than enough for 2. The owner even asked how I liked it, which I appreciated a lot. For lunch I tried Cluck Kitchen. Wow!! I wanted to try something different and it didn't disappoint. I ordered Wings, Sandos, fries and corn fritters. It was all FIRE. I really liked the wings because of the size, crunch and heat. Glad I ordered medium heat. Don't know that I can go any hotter than medium. I am a first time clucker. I've been eating spicy food my entire life. I do believe I have met my match with spices on this one though. To be fair, I was warned by the employees that it was going to be VERY spicy. But I paid no attention to them. I only got the second to hottest spicy level and could not finish the rest. It IS SUPER pricey, but you definitely get what you paid for. There was one more spicy level after the one I got. I cannot imagine why people would put themselves through such pain and misery. The portions are very hearty. Best chicken sandwich in town, in my opinion. They sell alcohol too. It's a bummer that the ambience was dead. The worker made no effort to earn himself a tip. I heard so many good things about this place and seen them on instagram and I wanted to try them out. Walking in I was greeted by the 2 employees. They were both friendly and very helpful. I got the loaded fries which were delicious btw. I got the light kick heat level and it was the perfect amount of spice for me. Hands down the best hot chicken place in the area. I know that's a bold statement, but I stand by it wholeheartedly. I love spicy food, like "burn my face off, regret it later" kind of spicy, so whenever I try somewhere the advertises something as spicy, I always go for the spiciest option first - and it was no different here. The first thing I noticed was how delicious, juicy, and perfectly prepared the chicken was. It's so hard to find a place that does great spice, and perfectly prepared chicken at the same time, but Cluck Kitchen nailed it, because the next thing I noticed was that the spice was burning my face off, I finished the meal thanks to the amazing macaroni and cheese, this entire meal was delicious. I decided I had to go back before I would write a review to make sure it was consistent. So today I went, and got the same thing but in "Hot" which is two steps down from the "Get Clucked" hottest option, and it was absolute perfection for me. Great flavor, a little spice, and once again - perfectly prepared chicken. Cluck Kitchen is going to be my go-to spot for hot chicken from now on, and the only thing that bums me out is that I can already tell this place is going to get so popular that lines will be inevitable - but as for now, you can get in and get out in under ten minutes, so I'd highly recommend getting out there and trying it. read more

Pretty good! I would place in competition for #2 in the Inland Empire. Babas in Riverside is my #1, to me just has better flavor. Could also have been that my first piece of chicken tender was dry as dirt. Overall good food, wish the fries had a seasoning. The comeback sauce tasted just like 1000 island which with a sauces named accordingly make sure it's going to make people comeback. Honestly, Cluck Kitchen is far better than Dave's Chicken. You can taste the difference dramatically. If you haven't tried Cluck Kitchen, try it out yourselves. I'm talking about the tenders; they're bigger and much spicier. Also, the chicken has a crunch, which I like. The fries are always fresh when I get my order, and they're also crunchy. The only downside to Cluck Kitchen is the sauce. They don't hand out a bunch of sauce like Dave's. At least it comes with one sauce with your order. Short version: Service was great, food was okay for the price. Longer version: When we walked in, there was no line to order. The place was completely empty but clean. The cashier answered my questions extremely well so pretty good service. The only thing was that the prices on the menu are not combo prices. I ordered 2 original sandwich combos and one sauce for my girlfriend and I the total came out to $39.49. The sauce was $.85 cents making the food (roughly) about $19 each for a sandwich waffle fries and a drink. The wait for the food was around 10 minutes. The food came out in a cool little custom box and they also give you wet wipes for your hands once you've completed your meal. The food was straight out of the fryer the fries and sandwich were nice and hot. I felt the heat from the chicken patty through my bread. Fresh food too bad it wasn't amazing. The fries were good and crispy but they tasted as if they were just store bought. Basically as if i bought a bag from walmart and popped them in the air fryer good but no special taste. My very first bite of the chicken sandwich instantly reminded me of a mcchicken. The sauce, lettuce and chicken all were in par with the chicken sandwich from mcdonald's. The chicken patty was extremely big it surpassed the bread. Like I said the food was okay nothing special. I probably would only return to try other menu items like the mac and cheese and loaded fries they sounded and looked good. My husband and I are huge fans of some good spicy Nashville hot chicken tenders and this place nailed it! The spice levels are super accurate and we love spicy so, we were super happy that the ghost pepper one (extra hot) was in fact extra hot . The chicken tenders are nice and crispy but still juicy, and they are pretty large in size. So the meal with two tenders is just the perfect amount. They're fries are delicious! Crispy waffle fries ! The sauce options are fantastic. Loved the comeback sauce. Little pricey to get extra though. We will be back to try more of the side options, the alcoholic beverages and more! Only thing is that the restaurant itself is a litttle small but they offer ample outdoor, first come first serve seating at the mountain grove shopping plaza. So not a big problem! I can't speak about the ambiance nor the service because it was through door dash. We ordered a few things and some things we shared. I personally got the hot chicken sandwich. It's the best hot chicken place near Redlands. While there isn't many of them, I would still put their food against any hot chicken place in the IE. The prices are what really knock this place down a peg for me. If the sides and drinks we more reasonably priced or if there was a combo option, this place is easily 4.5-5 stars.
