I'm deeply disgusted, disappointed and saddened by my recent experience at this studio with Amber. As someone who is currently pregnant and has never been to a Pilates class, I was shocked when the instructor responded with "OH FUCK" and rolled her eyes and walked back telling the other employees LOUDLY "she's pregnant!" She acted as if I had a contagious disease. I completely understand the need for caution and specialized training when it comes to prenatal fitness, but I was never told that I needed any kind of prerequisites prior to my class. To yell "oh fuck" roll her eyes and walked away from me without explanation or sensitivity, felt discriminatory and insensitive. It was a moment that made me feel excluded and unwelcome, at a time when feeling strong and supported is more important than ever. I sincerely hope the studio reconsiders or at least trains its staff to handle such situations with more empathy and professionalism. Expecting mothers deserve to be treated with respect, not as liabilities. read more

Club Pilates has been extremely helpful. I have been a yoga person for 30 years. But decided to try Pilates off and on. Now with the reformer Club Pilates, it is a game changer. Pilates use your entire bilateral body. We use all muscle groups plus they have specialized classes. I really enjoy Pilates for regular workouts. I joined a little over a month ago and I'm so happy to finally found a form of exercise that I enjoy. Although it is pricey (I have the unlimited membership) it's totally worth it! I gave it a 2 star only because after coming back to club Pilates, the instructor I think her name is Rhonda was very condescending. She asked me if I've taken Pilates before and I told her yes. I left club Pilates 3-4 years ago because the front desk person was very rude and not helpful at all. Isabelle is great, very helpful and has great customer service. I changed my class time to 12 noon because of Rhonda. As I was leaving, she again made a comment to me to be careful, this time her comments irritated me and I asked her why you say that? I went to beyond Pilates after I left club Pilates and I loved it, went back to club Pilates because it's literally 5 mins from my house. So now I'm taking a 12 noon class instead of 11 on Tuesday. Rhonda didn't give me a good vibe. You are suppose to make people feel welcome. read more

I have really enjoyed my experience at Club Pilates. I'm a morning girl so my instructors have been Nicole and Marissa. They are both very informative and kind, while also pushing for me to work hard. I am so excited to start my Pilates journey at this studio! Horrible accounting processes. When I first signed up and completed and signed the contract on their computer, I was then dropped a couple weeks later and then had to enroll again. On March 13th, I attended the last class and asked to defer my billing for 3 months since they were closing for COVID. They said "sure, no problem" and the person at the counter went on the computer to defer and said "all good". I then proceeded to get billed for the next month, called and left a message and never received a call back, and then I was billed for the next month thereafter. So I pushed it back with my credit card company. Now I am in collections because they couldn't process the agreed-upon request in their system. Had they processed this correctly from the get-go I would still be an active member. This was nothing but a headache with their accounting from the beginning. read more

Great local club -- just 5 minutes from my house in Rancho San Diego. Great instructors who keep things mixed up and lively -- pilates is torture, but the time flies by and you feel so good after you're done. Super friendly front desk staff and the facility is new and clean. Easy to schedule classes online in advance. I'm usually the only guy in my classes, but my wife and I always go together so I don't feel too out of place. I'm on the two-times-a-week plan right now and it's really making a difference in my overall fitness -- every muscle I have gets exercised in one class or another. Five stars for sure. read more

I absolutely can't say enough great things about this place! The workouts are sooo awesome and different every time! Time goes by so fast when you are in there. Stevie and Tiana are AMAZING and are always making sure your form is correct (so you don't hurt yourself). I hate gyms!!! This is completely different and I look forward to my classes. I decided to try Club Pilates because I'm 67 and need to increase resistance and strength training beyond 3 days a week of yoga practice. This is my "go to" place and this is why: (1) it is not cheap, but it keeps out the gym rats, (2) I don't have to fight for a spot on the floor- you reserve your space, (3) each class is different because the instructors work really hard at changing up the workouts, (4) it is close to my house and there is (almost) never problem trying to get parking, (5) they have a stretch class (yes!) and (6) the instructor asks each person before each class about any injuries or restrictions so you don't get hurt. There are studios all over the place, so if you get the unlimited membership, you can go anywhere. That's the one I have. Thanks Megan for opening this studio! read more

Very disappointed that they were unwilling to work with me regarding canceling my membership. Unfortunately I was unable to continue attending the classes because the equipment/classes were to strenuous on my neck. I gave them over 30 days to cancel my membership and they still wouldn't honor it due to a "billing cycle." So I had to paid another month without attending any classes before they would cancel my membership. BEWARE OF THEIR LACK OF SENSITIVE! read more

Best Pilates studio hands down. I quickly realized that Not all studios are alike. There is so much variety & options with the classes. Not all only is it Pilates, but they also have circuit training that incorporates the fundamentals of Pilates. Since starting a year ago, my lower back pain is no longer debilitating. Just took my 3rd class and I can't say enough how much I love it. I've taken the 'flow' class and have discovered the 'stretch' class. WOW. I feel so freakin' fantastic at the end. The instructor is so knowledgeable and encouraging. If a move isn't right for you she lets you know how to modify, or if necessary, not do at all. Not too many of those episodes occur thankfully. All the people I have encountered have been so warm and friendly. I felt like I've always known them. The prices are a bit on the high side, however, I find that the detailed attention I get when I need it and the uniqueness of the 'workout/stretch' really is worth the cost. Once you get going on the APP, they even send you reminders starting 24 hours before class so no excuses that you forgot!! The studio is small, very clean, very well organized. If I have to pick something to complain about, it would be the parking lot! Ewww. Park on the street and not worry about it. Try it out, the introductory is free. The equipment makes it feel like you are 'playing'. You are going to LOVE the way you feel after!! read more

I've been coming to Club Pilates since they opened in November 2017. I love the studio--it's always clean, stocked with great merch, and their staff is friendly and professional. I love that the workouts are always different. Before joining, I had never used the equipment and had only done pilates at home without the reformer. Their knowledgeable and attentive staff are patient and truly care about each member's health and well being, making sure your form is correct, tailoring exercises for specific concerns, knowing your goals and helping you achieve them. It truly feels like you are part of an open and accepting community. I had specific health concerns around prior injuries and through this past year, I have been able to exceed my goals through strengthening my core and constantly challenging my body with new and diverse workouts.
