Both are fabulous coaches that are focused on preventing injury and helping you become strong and more athletic. I used to think that Crossfit was too intense for me or that I would bulk up. Spoiler alert, it is actually somewhat difficult to build muscle and found that instead of becoming bulky, I have become more lean and fit. And so much stronger! East County offers 3 different options at each workout, level 1, level 2 and an alternate option (like weight vest Wednesday), plus a fun partner workout on Fridays.
