STILL THE BEST! THE BEST... COACHES CrossFit certified coaches who genuinely care about you. And I mean more than just the hour you're in class each day. They want to know your fitness goals, how you're eating, how work is going - they're basically therapists with six packs lol THE BEST... PROGRAMMING A lot of gyms come up with their own programming which means 1 workout a day - for everyone. Even if you're brand new. And that can be really hard. HOWEVER, this gym chooses to use Mayhem programming which has 3 different levels of intensity AND the they also use the Chalk It Pro app so that all the athletes can share their scores and interact thru the app - it's literally THE BEST! The competition is broken down by your level so you're always competing against friends in your level - the high fives and positive feedback is awesome! THE BEST... LOCATION Centrally located in East County. Plenty of parking!!! Come on in for a free week - you will love it! read more

Best CrossFit gym I've ever been to. I started CrossFit in 2013 and got in really good shape, then took a hiatus. Tried to get back into shape in 2021. I've been to many gyms in the area including: Humanity, Invictus, RSD, Victory, Hardcore Fitness, Fortius. This has definitely been the best and my "home" now for over a year for a simple reason: the people. All of the coaches and attendees are wonderful people and I recommend without reservation. read more

I would give this gym more than 5 stars if I could. If you're thinking about joining a gym, join Crossfit Flashbang. I absolutely love this place and everything and especially everyone about it. It truly is like a family. Once you get started here, trust me, you wont stop. I went from having my own entire gym set up on my side yard, to selling pretty much all my gear and only going to this gym. I've had my own gear for about a couple of years or maybe even more and I've followed many programs like, the basic bodybuilding split, HWPO and what was my favorite, Functional Bodybuilding by Marcus Filly. I always felt like I was missing something even though I was following a program but coming to this gym fixed that. It's something about coming to this gym that makes fitness 1000 times better. You push yourself more. You want to get better. You have that friendly competition and build a bond and a relationship with everyone and everyone pushes each other. The best part is the loud music (especially the metal to really get you going) and also the coaches walking around helping you with form and also amping you up to push you harder and harder. The coaches truly care and will push you to your best capabilities within reason. I feel like they closely watch your progression and know what you can and can't do which pushes you even more because they will push you to do a higher level or add on just 5 more pounds. Every workout leaves me with that "workout-high" feeling, which is absolutely amazing. The type of feeling that I would not have gotten had I stayed at home and worked out. I love showing up, crushing it, and be done. The schedule is perfect before work, after work, and after the kids go to school and the programming is even better to fully progress you and make you feel better. Side note, I even got my wife, who HATES everything about working out to join this gym and fall in love with it. read more

I have been coming here off and on for the last 4 years. The coaches are top-notch. The programming provides something for everyone. Most importantly, the community the owner has built keeps me coming back. Glad to call this my home away from my home gym and would highly recommend this box to anyone looking to drop-in or looking for a place to train and grow with amazing people. read more

I have been doing CrossFit for 4 years now and my original gym set the bar pretty high. But after making the commute for 4 years, I knew it was time to find something closer to home. The commute was no longer working with my schedule. It was a very difficult decision, but I'm so glad that I stepped foot into Flashbang. From the moment I stepped in the gym I was instantly welcomed, and I could feel, the tight nit community that this gym offered and it felt very familiar to my old gym. The coaches genuinely care about each member and that is something that was super important to me. The owners have definitely poured themselves and their passion into this gym and you can feel that. All of the members have been very welcoming and encouraging. I've been there for about five months now and I am so happy I made the jump. Having to switch gyms was a very difficult decision, but I'm incredibly thankful to Brittney and all the coaches at Flashbang for helping make that transition a little easier. I know CrossFit can be intimidating, but finding the right gym will completely change your mind. I love that the coaches all treat members and nonmembers the same. If you're ever in the area and looking for a box to drop into I promise, you will not be disappointed if you drop into Flashbang. If you're like me and looking for a new home gym... drop in for a class or two. I promise you will feel right at home! read more

I absolutely love my gym family! The owners and coaches here are the best! It's not all about go hard or go home.(however we have those here too, they are fun to watch) but It's more about what you can do and building yourself up physically and mentally. Last year my shoulders froze up on me and my Drs couldn't figure out what was wrong or why. My coaches worked with me over this last year and have helped me with my range and strength. The best part for me is being able to feel like I'm dying and laughing at the same time. I honestly love these people and this place. Judgment free zone!!! Tell them Bunny sent you read more

This place is amazing. I'm 35 and not in fantastic shape, reasonably fit but I dropped in on a class as my girlfriends dad goes 3x weekly and they all dragged me kicking and screaming lol (I went easy). Everyone there was super nice and accommodating. The owner kept an eye on me to see all was well and everyone else was super nice and supportive throughout the routine. I did a 50% workout as a noob and it kicked my a** in a good way and I felt amazing afterwards. Those devil burpees or whatever are tough! Overall, I it made the holidays out of town more enjoyable and the food at Thanksgiving all that more tasty and worthwhile. I am honestly seeking out a CrossFit in Seattle where we live to keep that mojo going. Highly recommend. Just do it, you wont be disappointed. read more
