I enjoy the structure of the class and that coaches will demonstrate alternative exercises. The gym itself is clean and everyone does their part to keep it that way. I didn't know if I would like the whole group workout or partner but I've grown to like it. One of the perks is their water dispenser always so clean and cold at the end of a workout. Another cool feature is the performance 360 application where I can track my weight count per exercise and reps and for being only 1 month I am seeing some progress and also better energy levels. This is the first time that I can honestly say that I have seen not only an improvement in my physique, but an overall improvement in my cardiovascular health and overall improvement in my strength and endurance. The coaches at this gym have legitimate experience in coaching. The coaches here take their work really seriously and make a serious effort to correct form during the classes, and ensure that you are performing the movement correctly. They don't mess around, and make the environment so welcoming and comfortable. P360 even gives you access to nutrition resources by their nutrition coaches. The workouts are strategically planned out, usually up to a couple weeks out in advance. Very organized, to ensure that no matter what day you go, you will be getting a legitamte workout. I love that on the app you can see what the workouts are going to be for the week and it doesn't matter which P360 location you end up being a member at, the workouts are going to be the exact same for all the locations. And if you are someone who is new to fitness, new to using the kind of weights and barbells that are used here, there's no need to be intimidated by it. There are people of ALL ages at this gym and ALL kinds of fitness levels. They make it easy to modify some of the workouts if you have some limitations. It's awesome to plug into their knowledge of the key movements to continue improving. They quickly learned my strengths and weaknesses and always seem to know when I need some encouragement (or correction). I was one of those guys who barely spoke to anyone at the 24 HR fitness (get in, get out!), so I wasn't sure about the group class idea. I was surprised to learn that is one of the best things about crossfit. The members here are part of a great community that welcomes new members and encourages hard work. And you were not involved in the conversation & did not hear it. Short, rude answers from someone acting holier than now is not being treated with respect. I've dropped in to many Crossfit boxes & never had to check in prior. It wasn't that we weren't allowed to drop in. It was how we were turned away.

Parking tends to be easy if you're patient with those leaving class before yours. The room feels very spacious and large. The con is that this location gets warm. Unlike some of the other ones that have air flowing, this one feels like it depends on fans, so an afternoon class in the summer will really get your heart rate going because of how hot it is. The format of the workout is three stations- cardio, racks and turf. If the class isn't full, you are able to double up. I like to start with cardio to get it out of the way. The coach will demo moves for all stations beforehand and then signal you when it's time to move to the next exercise. The class keeps a great pace and has you moving with very brief recovery breaks. Weekend classes are full body where the weekday ones have a focus area. Really love getting to come to these classes! They are tough but a solid calorie burn and sweat!

They go above and beyond and literally exceeded my expectations. So rare these days to find employees who actually care and take pride in their job. They are seriously next level and so incredibly helpful, patient and professional. I can tell upper management and corporate are very selective in their hiring process. You can work out anywhere as there are plenty of other options out there, but you won't find a staff of this caliber! I also love the set up here and arrangement of equipment. You don't have all the cardio machines facing the front door. Also, they keep it pretty clean and organized. I just hope corporate recognizes the superstars they have running this location!
