My husband got a Hawaiian Dog and I got a Pearl Hot dog (because I prefer beef) with onions, cheddar, and brown mustard. We both really enjoyed our dogs. They were delicious! But more importantly, the guy who runs the business is really nice. He has a "pay it forward " program where he'll give free food to anyone who is unable to pay, and other patrons can contribute toward that program. It was my honor to contribute today. The food is made in a converted trolley car that sits in a parking lot. Plenty of parking, and a few picnic tables around. I brought our dogs home so didn't experience the tables. I had the loaded tots with crawfish and siracha remoulade, and my partner had a bowl with quinoa, avocado, squash, cranberries, and chicken. I've never seen him eat so many vegetables--but he finished that bowl because it was delicious! The tots were crispy and perfect, even with the sauce. Quite an accomplishment with a high degree of difficulty! And there were big chunks of crawfish, which was delicious and just the right texture, a little chewy which really added to the dish. No need to add pictures because they are exactly as pictured on the website. I visited the truck when they were parked at Dirigible brewery. I placed the order online, and was notified when it was ready. Perfect! I look forward to patronizing this truck again!
