Upon arrival, he walked in, diagnosed the problem, and did a full inspection to make sure nothing else was damaged. When done, he offered to fix any other minor plumbing issues we had since he was already at the house. A fixed leaky toilet and shower head later, he was done. The entire process, start to finish, was under $100. That price, which is WAY lower than Ben Franklin and their salesmen/plumbers, included emergency service, all the parts, and peace of mind knowing our house would not flood.
