The person on the phone told me the minimum, and when he came to fix it, that was all we were charged. I wasn't actually home when they came to fix our faucet, by my fiance was, and he said the service was fine. They did not require payment before the service, rather sent a bill. We will use this plumbing service again if needed (though hopefully it's not)!

Their professional salesperson was knowledgeable and provided very competitive quotes and higher quality products and took care of all rebates without issue. We got better efficiency equipment and the quote was $1000 less than a competitor with less efficient equipment. Plus they provided a years worth of service 2 times/year) for free. The installers were very nice and cleaned up well. We also have used C and K's Plumbing service with good results. Had to put in a new shut off valve because the old one was leaking and very old, some fixture work in the bathroom, adding of a hand shower, and 16 fixing a wobbling toilet. Have found their people to all be professional, personable and reliable. The company communicates well via text to let you know when they are arriving with a picture of the service person which is a nice feature. I recommend C and K. We are two for two and I've just called them again today to fix a gas leak on a 1974 natural gas garage heater.

After we told them that we would not be interested in their services at this time, they still charged us an $80 "service fee" for receiving those quotes. I let Clouser know when tanks were pumped and they were out here within a couple of hours. They coordinated back and forth with the electricians and got us taken care of. They have handled water heater issues in the past for us. Very prompt, courteous, and get the job done. We very much appreciate them.

They came out within a day of calling to make sure that our existing plumbing would work with the new sink and there would be no surprises. They even came out and disassembled the old sink for us before the counter installers came. Clouser Plumbing came out at the time specified, was quick, affordable, and communicative with the whole project. I'll be calling them again for any future plumbing work!

After shutting off the water, I called Doug with Gateway and he showed up 20 minutes later. Upon arrival, he walked in, diagnosed the problem, and did a full inspection to make sure nothing else was damaged. When done, he offered to fix any other minor plumbing issues we had since he was already at the house. A fixed leaky toilet and shower head later, he was done. The entire process, start to finish, was under $100. That price, which is WAY lower than Ben Franklin and their salesmen/plumbers, included emergency service, all the parts, and peace of mind knowing our house would not flood. Thanks, Gateway and Doug!
