They came out within a day of calling to make sure that our existing plumbing would work with the new sink and there would be no surprises. They even came out and disassembled the old sink for us before the counter installers came. After shutting off the water, I called Doug with Gateway and he showed up 20 minutes later. Upon arrival, he walked in, diagnosed the problem, and did a full inspection to make sure nothing else was damaged. When done, he offered to fix any other minor plumbing issues we had since he was already at the house. A fixed leaky toilet and shower head later, he was done. The entire process, start to finish, was under $100. That price, which is WAY lower than Ben Franklin and their salesmen/plumbers, included emergency service, all the parts, and peace of mind knowing our house would not flood.
