Two scoops, Irish Coffee and Banoffe (banana and toffee). Great ice cream, very rich flavor and silky texture. Generous portion for the price.

You don't understand when I say decadent and rich dessert. The aroma is hypnotizing with the smell of freshly made waffles and the sight of colorful gelato displays. It's all pink so the aesthetic is spot on. We got a regular cone and a waffle dessert. These are all made to order. You can customize them with an array of toppings, including fresh fruits, nuts, syrups, and, of course, their amazing gelato. There is something about a warm waffle with cold ice cream. Given its prime location in Temple Bar, Cloud Nine is a perfect stop during a day of exploring Dublin. If you walk around in Temple Bar, you'll run into this spot.

Fun, bright dessert stop. Even though it was a cold January evening, my friend and I still wanted some gelato, and came here around 8pm where there was no line. The kinder flavor was very smooth and creamy. You have the option for a cup or a cone. We also got a Nutella crepe, which was made fresh there and came out piping hot. There was a generous amount of Nutella. Cash and credit cards accepted. There is indoor seating. It's good for kids. The vibe is casual and they were playing some old school bangers.

We stopped in for a sweet treat while walking around and the Irish Coffee gelato was delicious. I liked that they put a cookie on the top if you got a cup rather than a cone. The choice of flavors were good and the atmosphere was fun with all the pink everything everywhere. Not a bad spot for a quick treat!

Cute little gelato spot, came here after lunch for a sweet treat. They had a lot of flavors and I went with the salted caramel. It was extremely sweet, and very tasty. There wasn't a long line so got to order very quickly.

Nice gelato spot. Not the best gelato I've ever had but it was still good. After having dinner at The Church Cafe & Bar, we walked over to Temple Bar and decided to treat ourselves to some gelato. They were busy but the line moved quickly.

The staff was super friendly and I was stoked to get some different kinds of Irish alcohol flavored ice creams / baileys, Irish whiskey.

You gotta try this place. The bubble waffles are the way to go. Soft, chewy, flavorful waffle absolutely brimming with whipped fluffy soft serve. They have so many delicious-looking gelato options as well. The interior is pink and fun (minimal seating). The employees were friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Such a fun thing to do while enjoying the busy night vibe of the Temple Bar streets.

Walking around Temple Bar after dinner and saw this lovely lit up gelato spot! There was no line at 8pm on a Thursday and the staff let me try a couple samples and gave great recommendations! The Bischoff gelato was just what I needed! So creamy with great cookie flavor. They don't have a kids size so I asked specifically to have a smaller portion than normal. 100% worth a try!

I was craving ice cream while walking around Dublin and was drawn in to Cloud Nine by their bright and cheerful storefront. I'm glad I noticed them (they're right across from the famous Temple Bar) because they not only have delicious gelato, but also Off Beat Donut Co. donuts! I got the salted caramel gelato and it was so good. Creamy, packed with flavor, and exactly what I was craving. They also top all of their gelatos with a cute little waffle cookie bearing their logo. Great for the 'gram! I also took a gander at the donuts and couldn't pass up the opportunity to pick some up for future breakfasts. They had a ton to choose from, baked fresh daily, all of which looked absolutely amazing. The Unicorn is new and probably very popular, but I opted for the Caramel Ring, Cookies & Creme, and Coffee Slice. The Caramel Ring and Coffee Slice had the perfect amount of yummy icing and toppings, while the Cookies & Creme was filled with delicious creme and topped with cookie bits. All three were fantastic and I think I'm going to go back to try more! Definitely stop in here if you have a sweet tooth. There is a ton to choose from, both gelato and donuts, and everything I had was delicious!

Cloud Nine was an unexpected dessert gem in the touristy Temple Bar madness. If you're not drawn in from the smells alone, you'll lose your mind when you make eye contact with the dessert case. Gelato, donuts, this is a dessert-lover's paradise! It was tight and crammed, hell, it was during the Beast From The East (looking at you, Snowstorm Emma). People just wanted warmth, free wifi, and a break from the midday hustle. On vacation, I splurged with my lady in regards to desserts. The chocolate ganache donut and the creamy gelato were absolute winners. I just noticed I was unknowingly grinning from ear to ear as I typed that last line. Seriously, Cloud Nine will take you to another dimension! And through the chaos, the employees retained a smile on their faces. God bless 'em. I never thought I'd recommend a dessert parlour in Temple Bar, but what the hell, pay Cloud Nine a visit. Your tastebuds deserve it!

Vegan creamy chocolate gelato! Best gelato I've ever had, even better than non-vegan chocolate gelato.

The Rolling Donut - Lemon Poppyseed and Vanilla Glaze Pistachio

I knew immediately I wanted to try the Lemon Poppyseed and I also tried the Vanilla Glaze Pistachio flavor. Both were phenomenal!!! Each bite tasted like a piece of home. Honestly, The Rolling Donut reminds me of Dough in NYC and Brooklyn, my favorite donut spot. Sadly, I did not have an opportunity to go back and try the red velvet donut (with cheesecake filling). But whenever I go to Dublin again, this place will likely be my second stop! 5 stars well deserved.

The store is very small and cute, with a majority of the space taken up by the long glass display, which houses their large selection of beautifully decorated donuts. After browsing over the different flavors, the attentive donutarian bagged my order of a single Lemon Poppyseed donut. While on layover in Frankfurt, I finally decided to roll into the lemon poppyseed donutiness... The donut was OK, it had a bready texture, which made sense, because it was a sourdough donut. The glaze on top of the donut was really thick, and it wasn't overly sweet to my taste buds. The glaze also had a light lemon flavor that provided some tartness, and just a few poppy seeds on top. As my friend had mentioned, their donuts are kind of big and filling for one person to eat alone, so I would definitely recommend sharing the love! (and calories)

It's a small shop, like very small shop so seating is more than extremely limited. That was OK since I knew we would be walking away eating. It's also fun to watch them making donuts right behind the glass in the store. Since there are not to many people inside at any one time and two people behind the counter they are very attentive. I also had a specialty coffee which they make on the spot. There is a great selection of fresh and delicious speciality doughnuts and a "Donut of the day" but we were too late for that. We left and continued our walk only to stop for a minute and use a pail as our table. These donuts are good.... I mean really good. Our need for sweet was satisfied and later I was disappointed that I did not bring back a few more to take on the ship with me. They had so many flavors and styles. Stop in if you're in the area. We passed by the Boomerang Donuts display on our walk up and back down Grafton Street, before our breakfast stop. We had agreed to get our final three donuts here, based on the pretty-looking donuts and the interesting-sounding flavors. The three donuts from Boomerang were the cheapest of the three stops. That should have tipped us off to something, but at this point, we were still oblivious. I went with the Bueno Kinder, my husband got the Boston Creme, and we decided to share the Salted Caramel. Box in hand, we crossed the street into St. Stephen's Green, hunkering down at a bench near one of the bodies of water. The donuts weren't worth the money we paid for them. They weren't even donuts, in the technical sense. The dough was way more dense than any respectable donut should ever be - all three had the consistency of an overly dry cake. The Bueno Kinder had no flavor to speak of, and I found myself separating the "icing" from the dough, creating a pile that would eventually find its way into the hungry gullets of the birds brazenly walking towards us as we tried to eat the donuts we'd just paid for. My husband's Boston Creme had a pathetic squirt of some kind of filling in the middle - he said it didn't taste anything like a true Boston cream, and he had to work through more than half the donut to even find the filling. By the time I got done deconstructing my first donut, I had no desire to even try with the Salted Caramel. My husband, ever the trooper, took a bite then promptly tapped. I took what I could from the base of that donut, adding it to my growing pile of dry crumbs to dole out to the birds, before standing up and risking my eyes to fling the crumbs at the mass of birds. (Note - I don't typically feed the wildlife, and honestly wouldn't have if my husband hadn't suggested it. I think it was a joke when he first mentioned it, but it blossomed into a real "let's do this" thing by the time we admitted the donuts were not meant to be eaten by humans.) I'd avoid Boomerang Donuts like I'd avoid gas station sushi. Just don't do it.

Later in the day we walked by this place and the mystery was solved! The donuts in the window looked so unique and delicious that we had too try them. It was hard to pick what we wanted because everything looked so good. We ended up getting the strawberries and cream, banofee, and apples and cinnamon. The strawberries and cream was not very good. The topping fell off when you ate it and it tasted like cough syrup. The apples and cinnamon and banofee were both good. They were very big yeast donuts that had filling, but not very much filling. They definitely needed more because only a couple of bites had filling. I liked them and would get them again!
