I came back 2 weeks later and, after five minutes of searching, she found them and said I agreed to two weeks and four days. That did not happen. But I came back four days later only to find her closed during her posted open hours. Knocked on the door, she same to the door and said she was closed but went to get my pants anyway. As I was checking out, she said she had wanted to give me back my pants, undone, four days earlier but I had already left. An absolutely horrible business - will NEVER go back.

The next time I took something in, there was a man working. His name was Chuck. He was doing something in the cash register and didn't even look up at me, just asked my name. He proceeded to pull up my account on the computer and said, "You don't have anything here". I said, "I'm not picking up, I'm dropping off". He handed me a receipt for the item, but didn't bother asking anything about why I was leaving it. I tried to explain about a spot that needed to be addressed, but he was very rude and seemed to want to get rid of me. I asked him to mark the spot and he said, "That's not how I was trained". What? I told him that the other employee had done it (really every dry cleaner I've ever been to has). He snatched the ticket off of the garment and handed it back to me. I took it and left. If he is not the owner of this place, he should be fired. If he is, he won't last with that attitude. It is astounding to me how someone thinks they can behave like this and continue to stay in business. I would drive twice as far away rather than give this place any business or a recommendation. Very rude and disrespectful employe; do NOT recommend.
