Be careful with this company. They will over charge you. If you hire them, be sure to be physically present the entire time, from start to finish. Otherwise they might charge you for the hours they quoted, more than the actual hours that they would be here to do the work. I will never use CLK again. Dishonest! They quoted the job for 5 hours to clean the outside AC unit. We were told 3-4 times over the phone that this job was going to be 5 hours, no less. But in reality, it didn't take that long. I thought that their quote sounded fishy, so I was there supervising the entire time, and it took much less than the time they estimated. The 2 workers they sent, Chris and Joe, were charging by the hour. If I wasn't there to supervise, most likely, they will charge for 5 hours. Both workers were not friendly, not professional, had attitudes. After charging me over $700 dollars, they had to tell me that they were super busy, had many jobs elsewhere, like the entire Canterbury building, and that I was so lucky to have them come out. Joe came out to clean my inside A.C. Unit three months ago, after he cleaned the inside unit, he told me that I need to also clean the outside unit. The normal procedure is that the company will do an inspection first, tell me that I should clean both units, so both cleanings can be scheduled on the same day. But they didn't, so I have to take 2 days out of work, blocking days that I could rent out the unit just to have this company at to come out again. Now that I doubt their honesty, I begin to wonder if the outside unit really needed to be cleaned. Note that I had spent thousands of dollars with this company, working with Ricky, in the past 2 years. Now this company is different and has an honesty issue.
