If the workers don't like working here , please quit. You're rude and lucky the drinks are cheap. Because if the beer wasn't cheap no one would be coming back. read more

Clinton Hall has been on my list for awhile now, I finally made it to the near the South Seaport and my experience was wonderful, it was a random Tuesday after work and the servers was soooo helpful. My main interest was the "WTF Waffle" it was simple amazing, the waffles were freshly made, the appearance was even better, I had the entire restaurant staring at the WTF Waffle taking pictures of it, Definitely Worth Coming Again ! read more

Loved everything here... buffalo cauliflower, crispy chicken, guac/chips, Nashville hot sandwich, empanadas... just the right preparations. Pretty crowded during happy hour but service was superior still. Highly recommended... read more

This place deserve 5 stars! Service is great, my favorite Bartender is Erick & Harry. The beer is great, the food is amazing what else could you ask for?! read more

Ok, went here a couple no of weeks ago because I was craving a good burger. Found this one on Yelp and saw good reviews. I had the bacon cheeseburger and Darryl had the burger with the hole filled with cheese (can't remember the name of it). We enjoyed the taste of the burgers but was not impressed with the size. I was looking for some huge burger as other ppl said in their reviews. Darryl was finished in like 5 minutes. He was not happy. Quiet ride on the way home... probably because he was still hungry. read more

Amazing food! Great music! Creative menu items! This was my first time going to this location and I am so happy it opened in my neighborhood. So many crazy options it was so hard to pick one. I had the fondue burger and it was a great surprise and SO filling. The truffle fries and buffalo cauliflower are also really good! Can't wait to come back again! - @younghungrybrokenyc read more

The service at Clinton hall is amazing. Gerrado was perfectly attentive and the whole staff brought a great energy. The food was delicious and games added a special touch read more

This was my first time going to this location in the Bronx. I did hear so many raving reviews from friends. I wasn't impressed with the menu or service. The games were a bit abandoned and mistreated. The place could use different seating. The tables are in a bench style like old school cafeterias, so it's hard to know who is with who. If the place had more upkeep with the board games and a different seating arrangement it would be an ideal after work or game night place. There weren't many servers so the wait can seem long if you're hungry. read more

I really wanted to love you, Clinton Hall BX. However, shoddy service from every staff member we interacted with was a real bummer. First, the bartender wouldn't keep our tabs open cause he wanted us all to order from the server. Fine. The bartender didn't smile once and seemed bothered every time I ordered from him. A good attitude goes a long way. Then the server said she couldn't split checks and she had to see if she was "allowed"... Okay, then why not let us just have our own tabs? It would have been easier on all parties. Next, great selection of games!!! However- be prepared for an eyeroll (from the lovely server) if you're playing them on the table. Grumpy service all around and they all acted like they were in the weeds. It's just beers and burgers and it really aint that deep. read more

Came here with some friends for brunch and come to find out they don't serve brunch items. We requested the grilled cheese and they were out of it although we got there close to opening. This place seem more catered to local college students. Maybe I'll try coming at another time in the evening for a bar experience. They have large tables, TVs for sports, and games to play. Potential for night life. read more

The food was good. I had the turkey avocado burger and it was good the avocado kept sliding off my burger making my bread soft and the fries was crispy. I wish it had cocktails not much of a well drinker. The music was too loud for my liking so me and my friend had to yell at each other and we was sitting kind of close. read more

Don't bother. Writing this while I sit at the bar. Terrible service and we're sitting directly in front of our servers. We were told we had to order our appetizers and entrees together for some unknown stupid reason. Then they forgot the appetizer. We got the 28 day aged burger and the Bacon 3x burger. The burgers (their claim to fame) were unseasoned, bland, soggy and overpriced. Also the bacon burger is supposed to come with a fried egg. It must have evaporated on the way from the kitchen. I've had better burgers steamed on the Foreman grill, and I hate that thing. You're better off at McDonalds. read more

Great place to hang out with friends! My friends and I come every Tuesday for trivia night and we love it. Special shoutout to Gerardo-- always great service and overall an awesome guy! read more

Stay away. The neighborhood is dangerous, i went there with my girlfriend for dinner and encountered an abnoxious local that wouldn't leave us alone with his constant interruptions and yapping. The bartender was clueless about the menu items. Food was basic nothing special - go someplace else. read more

Such a great place to come hang out. Waiters are so chill and the service is always attentive. They also play epic music all the time!!!

My boyfriend and I stopped in here after dinner near the close by, famous Arthur Ave. We were quickly taken by the funky exterior mural and the intimate ambiance inside. We sat at the bar and got 2+ hours worth of fantastic service from Chris. After quite a few drinks from the vast beer list, we indulged in the "dangerously addictive doughnuts" dessert. OMG! how fun! I loved the strawberry jelly filling, and the presentation can't be beat. This is a great place to go to kick back, play games, and eat awesome food. read more

I passed this place on foot a month ago and truly had a moment of "Wait... This is in the Bronx?" Finally made it back with my date last night, and was not disappointed. Great beer selection, good burgers, fun Jenga and other games to play. Not completely overrun with Fordham University kids, at least not on a Tuesday night. (When I passed the place a month ago, it was a Friday night, and it was definitely Fordham kid central.) Arthur Avenue is about a 20 minute walk from my building, so I'm not over here all the time, but this place will be a draw for me, for sure. PS Not sure why this is listed as a Beer Garden. It's an air-conditioned bar with big open front windows and some bench seating, some stool seating. No outdoor space. read more

Saw all the pictures of the life-size games, and was looking forward to it. The place was empty and when we asked for the games, we were told that they no longer had them. We got some sticky overused Uno cards that I didn't dare touch. We settle for some life-size dominoes but were short-lived as a family of three sat next to us and their daughter wanted to build a castle. The bartender was very friendly talked beer with us for a while. The food, completely unimpressed. The hot chicken wasn't hot, tasted like a frozen food chicken product. The truffle fries were good but got cold really fast. The burger my friend ordered was okay but left much to be desired. Other than the beer, not a place I would look forward to going back to. read more

This is a great place to eat if you're in the mood for a burger. Prices are reasonable and their happy hour options are great. I got a basic cheese burger with fries and their house sauce on it and it was fantastic. Wide variety of beers available and many local brews. Can be busy on the weekend, and my only complaint is that due to the restaurant layout it can be super confusing knowing where to sit when it's busy there. read more

New little place close to home and it's pretty cool. I enjoyed the decor and ambiance and all those huge cool game son the tables. I ordered the sliders with parmesan truffle fries and it was really good, I was impressed. Everything was very flavorful. Also ordered a drink that tasted like blue moon but better, no clue the name, can't remember. Service was ehhh, he barely came around to see if we needed anything and my date had to get up and remind him that I had ordered another beer. Overall, pretty cool hangout spot and I would definitely be back, especially being so close to home. read more

This is probably the best burger place I have ever been to. The fondue burger was cooked perfectly and so tasty. The extra cheese they give is perfect and gave me the ability to make cheese fries. Which who doesn't love to do that?! Our server was more than helpful and helped us choose what to eat and drink since it was our first time there. They had games on the table which kept us busy and it's a very laid back place. The chorizo burger was also amazing and cooked to perfection. Will definitely be coming back to try the donut grilled cheese!!!! read more

Been wanting to stop by since it opened and took that opportunity yesterday because the weather was so nice. Will most definitely be back for a game night because those giant uno cards look like fun! read more

Service: 2.5-3 Food: 3.5 Beer selection & laid back atmosphere: 4.5 I loved the concept of this establishment. I love the cozy local feel of this spot. I also really loved their list of different kinds of beer with detailed descriptions on the menu, that way you can read & have a good idea of what you might want rather than asking the waiter 100 questions. This is a casual beer bar so the food they offer-in our case some french fries and okay buffalo wings. Just don't order their beets salad, it just tasted like beets out of can. I think this establishment has potential to kick ass if some things are changed since the concept and their beer selections are exciting. The biggest issue was the service (all of my past 3 visits) where we literally had to get up to grab the waiter's attention. In all of those times, the place was half empty but slowest service. We found the waiter playing with his phone by the kitchen corner most of the night. While it is a laid back casual concept bar, the service should be fast and attentive so the customers can actually relax without getting up to look for a waiter! I really enjoyed trying out different beer there (the bartender who let us do little tasting before ordering was a big plus so we can decide). I hope the service (of waiters) will improve here and maybe new irrisistible addition to the menu won't hurt either. read more

I love it.. can't wait to go back! Place was much smaller than I expected but didn't feel congested at all. Burger selection is divine.. and they super ok with subbing a meat burger w a blackbean burger... which is what I did for the Frito Burger. Ohhh man.. that was good! No.. it was great! read more

The food was great. We had the buffalo cauliflower (highly recommend) and the wings for the happy hour special. Burgers were also great and there was a great portion of fries with it. However, the service was pretty disappointing. Given that this place is no bigger than my dorm room, we shouldn't have had to track down our server to place an order. Overall, a really good place for apps, burgers, and beer but the service could be better. read more

I really wanted to love this place but the food fell short of my expectations. Luckily the service was on point. We had a great time playing the games while we waited. I visit Clinton Hall a few times a month to have one of the yummy craft beers on tap, happy hour snack and chat with my favorite bartender Ivan. From the very first time he served me he learned my name and made small talk. I've never been the type to have a local watering hole, nor have I ever been a regular at a bar, but Ivan really makes it a joy to come back week after week. read more

I went today after work and I must say I did enjoy it. The happy hour was a good deal. I got the sliders on happy hour menu for $9 and a margarita $5 each prepared by Kevin which I must say I really enjoyed. Kevin is the bartender but he was also our waiter and he was very accommodating. The music playing was not the kind of music I usually listen to and I would have preferred other music playing. I do plan to return and will try other items on the menu. read more

I have so many great things to say about this place I don't know where to begin..... the place was clean and neat when, we arrived we were greeted by an extremely handsome and charismatic gentleman who I can only assume is the owner. He directed me to a table and introduce me to my server. When our server arrived he went of all the beers with us (20 of them!) and offered us a couple samples because I wasn't sure what I would like. I forgot which beer I ordered but do remember it was an IPA. I didn't care for IPAs until I tried one i liked here. It was juicy, floral and I didn't mind the bitterness because of how sweet the delicious Crystal Methadonuts were. Those were a real treat. The burgers looked amazing, same with the fries and wings. I plan on coming here so often they might try to charge me rent. The bartenders name was Kevin, he was very professional. read more

How cute is this place ! Tucked away a block from WTC (this review is for the FiDi location) this place rocks. They have an outdoor area where you can play various games perfect for date night or drinks after work. The happy hour prices are good(wish it was longer as it ends at 6) & the drinks were very tasty. Great menu & great vibes - if your in the area it's definitely worth stopping in for sure. read more

I came on my birthday excited to have their birthday dessert only to find out that the Bronx location doesn't offer the dessert.
