Well what to say that hasn't been said before by Fadda, Aj, Dianna, Mary and others have said. The place is everything you could ask for and more. It's chill service, cool bartender, gorgeous space. The 4 wings I had were delish. Bring cash and tip well. Please don't abuse this hidden gem.

Exquisite cocktails and yummy food. Mixologist is on point. Delicious food. Very cozy and classy. I love the chesterfields and the wood decor. Great for an intimate date and great for catching up with friends. I like that there is a TV in case you want to watch sports or if you want to play chess - that's available too. There is outdoor seating which is a precious commodity nowadays... Great place. Worth a visit. Love the optional outdoor seating. It's a bit enclosed so that the wind doesn't get at you.

Our neighborhood bar! I understand it went under a redecoration lately not that you could tell. It's a dimly lit, cozy spot that gives you craft cocktail and speak easy vibes. They've got a lounge area and you can reserve it if needed for an event. When there is an event it's pretty much standing room only. But aside from that it's a perfect spot for an intimate shindig. There is a happy hour every weekday from 6pm-8pm as well as drink specials on certain nights. Boy do we make those two hours count. Their munchie menu is a treat by the time that third...fourth cocktail hits. The popcorn is like crack! Between that and the mozzarella sticks I'm surprised there is still room in my mouth for the booze. I highly reccommend their Moscow Mules during happy hour; they make their own ginger juice for it! But beware; when that runs out you're back to beer and no mule will ever taste the same after!

I came here with my friends to chill. Great drinks, popcorn, and mozzarella sticks. Great service. The bartenders were friendly. Inside is pretty loud because of the music playing. I like the interior, their lounge is nice and comfortable. There's also a TV screen for customers to watch. I do recommend this cozy spot. Great date.

Serene vibes! Calm and cool atmosphere with good drinks and "jukebox". The lounge area is very comfortable. Bathroom small but clean. Nice spot!

Outside- has been totally redone and it's almost like a midtown hotel bar except with too many TV screens.

Totally redecorated. Cozy. Dark. Some private nooks were great for conversation. Drinks were great albeit pricey. Too many TV screens confuse the decor. Bar munchies- chicken fingers tasty and generous. Fries- VERY spicy- why? Digital jukebox-a travesty as it skips back and forth between songs or cuts them off prematurely. Just get a speaker and a playlist at LEAST. I would go back as it a unique ambiance for the area. Bartenders were awesome people.

They recently underwent a renovation that made the bar so much more appealing. They modified the lighting, painted the walls with warm colors, and added new sofas with pillows to make you feel at home. The votive candles create a more relaxing atmosphere that help you kick back and relax. I noticed their newly installed outdoor seating area with a menu advertising a Mudslide cocktail and a Mojito. The fusion of Irish and Latin drinks made was very appealing to me. I walked in and sat at the bar and the bartender settled me in quickly. After having a few drinks I made my way to the section that had the sofa. I got to the know the patrons who were all locals in their mid 30s. We enjoyed a good conversation and played some billiards. I had a great night at a cheap price. I felt right and home in here.

Great cocktail menu, welcoming bartender, lovely old-fashioned atmosphere. A small "bar snacks" menu is available.

A rare breed in Inwood today - cheap drinks, neighborhood atmosphere, few pretensions. An interesting place to have a beer.

After exploring a historic house in nearby Alpine, this longstanding establishment on Route 9 has…read morebeen on my radar, and we decided on lunch today. Established in 1969 on the site of the former Bicycle Club, Giovanni's Bicycle Club features irresistible flavors of Italian cuisine from family recipes using the finest ingredients. The reservation was easily made via OpenTable but was not necessary on a Sunday. Upon entering this two-story building, my partner and I were greeted by the host, and a few patrons were enjoying their meal on two enclosed outside patio decks with fans in the summer, so we joined them. The windows could be raised for that inclement weather, and heaters turned on when needed. They do have a main dining room, with the front bar much fancier. A few small bicycle artifacts make the place memorable and unique. We decided on the Philly Cheesesteak and Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad. Complimentary bread with dipping oil started our meal. The food was tasty with a healthy portion. The price was a bit pricey. The service was friendly; our server was Buket. We could recommend this place.

Let's start with the positives: the food was decent. I had the eggplant rollatini appetizer and my…read moredate had a salad. We both enjoyed our choices. Also the parking was great. The service? What service? The bartender made cameos behind the bar at random intervals. Most of the time, she was nowhere to be found. The bar was littered with empty glasses that sat there for the duration. I had to hunt her down for the check. I also didn't care for the location of the men's bathroom; literally right next to the bar. We also had to move our seats once because the opposite side of bar near the men's room was right next to the front door. It was freezing and the couple next to us had their coats on the entire time. PASS.

The pasta was very creamy and enjoyed the flavor. As someone who loves steak and is picky with how I receive it, I had ordered a porterhouse Medium Rare, the first one we received was overcooked to medium well and our server second guessed me when I brought it to attention. He had to call over another worker to double check and we had to ask once again if we were able to get it redone to our liking before even getting it replaced right away. The second porterhouse we received was done correctly and was seasoned well and had enough fat to make it buttery and melty. Espresso Martini was made well and for Whiskey Sours, if you like them on the smokier side, I would recommend it. All in all, we enjoyed all the food but the only set back for us was that we had to wait a little longer for our steak which we wanted to pair with our pasta. By the time it came out correctly, our pasta was already cold.

We arrived right when they opened (perfect timing, especially with a snowstorm expected later that day), so the restaurant was still quiet. The space has a modern, upscale vibe that definitely feels suited for special occasions. It's located on a busy street, and while they do offer valet, we lucked out with free street parking since it was early. They offer a prix fixe brunch for $39 per person, which includes an appetizer, entrée, and dessert. It's a good way to experience the restaurant without committing to a full dinner price point--but be aware that quite a few items come with upcharges, and drinks are not included, so the bill can climb quickly. I do have a gluten allergy, and I was honestly surprised by how limited the gluten-free options were for a restaurant of this caliber. That said, I made it work: I started with a Bellini, had the sizzling slab of bacon as my appetizer, the recovery burger (no bun sub roasted potatoes as a side) as my main, and finished with the salted caramel gelato. Everything I had was enjoyable, but I would have appreciated more flexibility in the menu. The rest of the group (no dietary restrictions) had more variety to choose from and really enjoyed their meals, which is always a good sign. Service was attentive without being overbearing--likely helped by the fact that it wasn't too crowded yet--so we were able to relax and actually enjoy conversation, which made the celebration feel special. The restaurant also has a private back room that looks great for parties, plus a downstairs lounge area, which adds to its appeal as an event space. Overall, for me it's definitely more of a special occasion spot, and while the pricing is on the higher side for what you get, brunch feels like the best way to experience it. I'd come back again--but probably stick to brunch.
