She has been taking both the tumbling and gymnastics class. Her coaches have been refusing to move her up to a higher ranking class because she "cries" too much. Their words not mine. They are treating my 6 year old niece differently compared to the other kids in the class. The day of scoring my niece had received the same exact scores as another kid in her class, but they decided not to move up my niece to a new class ranking. Instead, they moved the other kid up. Instead of talking bad about a 6 year old to the other coaches, they should come to the parent. It doesn't make sense why a child is being held back in a class because they are "crying" too much. She is 6! Of course she is going to cry! It is expected for a child to cry when they mess up. Maybe, this academy needs new coaches who understand children. Or maybe the coaches just need to start treating the kids with more respect. The coaches need to learn how to redirect the children when they are upset about messing up. The coaches need to learn how to be better!

The fitness center is suitable for all levels. Equipment is well taken care of and has a great variety of equipment. There's two levels of workout space. The top floor has a walking track and many cardio machines. There's cubbies to store your things, if not, locker rooms are available as well. If you're shy like me, you'll enjoy this facility. Even on the weekends it wasn't too busy. Also there's plenty of space to workout with no one near you. The pool is nice! Great for children, it has a slide and waterfall. The hot tub is warm and clean. -Day pass is $5. I messaged the gym (via their website) regarding the seating 2 days prior to the meet, but I received no response. One day prior to the meet, I called the gym to ask about the spectator seating, but the person answering the call could give me any information, she tried to find someone to take the call, but there was no one available. The bars and men's apparatus were located in a different room, so you had the choice to try to make your way back there or miss these events altogether. My child has been a gymnast for over 15 years, I have seen a lot of different meets at a lot of different gyms, this by far was the worst gym I have seen hosting a meet.
