The staff is friendly and helps out a little with the clean up. Can't tell you much about the serious gymnastics programs, but for a young kid's birthday party, it's A-OK.

Overcrowded classes with highly inexperienced coaches led me to this conclusion. After my daughter switched to Gym I360 and made significant progress, the management of G-Force took an unethical step by hiring a coach from I360 Gym. Their goal was to bring over all of that coach's students--who had been trained for years under I360's structured program--without making their own long-term investment in skilled coaches and proper gymnast development. Instead of putting in the effort to build their own program, they simply set up a separate training space for the "poached" coach and gymnasts, using them for promotional purposes as if they were a product of G-Force's training. Overall, the management of this gym is extremely unethical.
