When class was over and the children were in line to get out of class to go with their parents, my daughter saw Me and wanted to run out to me and Ms.Gina said "No! Get back in line" a little aggressively but I didn't think too much about it. my daughter started crying hysterically, she got back in line and I couldn't see her anymore but could hear her crying hysterically. Ms.Gina didn't see that I saw her telling her to get back in line. When my daughter got out of the class, she was extremely upset and still crying. That's when Ms.Gina said "she tripped that's why she's crying" We don't care that she told my daughter to get back in line but lying about it is very worrisome. We were still giving her the benefit of the doubt even though that incident wasn't sitting right with us. Later that night we watched the video of the class recording and what we saw made us angry and horrified! It was clear Ms.Gina was frustrated with my daughter. In one clip she tells my daughter "can you STOP" very aggressively and in another clip she grabs my daughter by her hair. I emailed the executive director and owner of the studio, Kendra with the screen recordings of those two incidents and not only did she defend and make excuses for her personal friend Gina, she also said she continues to be as proud as ever to have Gina as a member of their staff and Perfect Pointe family. We live close to the Fairfax Ice Rink so were not expecting too much of a difference, but we were impressed as soon as we pulled up into the parking lot. The lobby is expansive with lots of space to walk around, sit down, and put on your skates. The girls at the front desk were SO friendly and helpful -- even volunteering to help us lug in our snow penguins from the rental area to the ice rink when they realized we were outnumbered by little kiddos There is a dedicated hockey rink as well as an Olympic sized rink that we utilized for public skate. My sister did not partake in skating, but was able to watch on the stands. Everything was well maintained and I saw tons of staff cleaning, supervising, and just overall doing an amazing job the whole time I was there. Seriously, color me impressed.

Sick of it and after years of gently suggesting some possible alternatives, like use your many hours of dead ice for just lessons, and allow mid level and beginner players to have the entire ice and you might actually get more of us to come out. Segregate small kids on one side and adults on the other with no lessons if you want to mix ages.

They provide so much detailed pre-event info and options for you to customize the song list, Taylor's outfits, etc. They are also so kind and accommodating and work with you if you have any other traditions or things you want to do before Taylor arrives. We wanted to give a few welcome remarks and a brief 15 minute speaking portion (cultural tradition) and their party host helped facilitate it all. All of the kids were so surprised and I'm sure they will be talking about it for weeks. I'm also not sure who had more fun - kids or adults! This is definitely a great party for all ages, and boys and girls. I was worried because I have boy/girl twins but all the boys loved it and were singing and dancing the entire time, too. I highly recommend adding the light up Eras tour backdrop because it really made the concert amazing. I can't imagine it without it. Taylor hung out after the party to take as many photos as guests wanted and even spent some time chatting with kids and other guests. Not only is she so sweet, she is legit! Many people commented on how much she both looked and actually sounded a lot like Taylor. Many kids (including my own) said they were pretty sure she was the real Taylor. The Taylor Experience far exceeded my Wildest Dreams! If you're thinking twice about booking her, don't wait, just do it! It's worth every penny! I do want to note something because I was a little worried at some points because we booked the event 4-5 months ahead of time. The company does many other kids parties with all of their character offerings, so they're extremely busy. They usually prioritize answering emails in the order they receive them or for the parties coming up sooner, so there were a few times I waited to receive a response. I kept wondering if they were legit or not going to show up. I am only including this not as a criticism of the company because they truly are legit, professional, and amazing. I'm only including this as a reassurance for anyone if you've paid your invoice and don't hear a response right away, don't worry. Because I was looking for this kind of reassurance from reviews, too. They WILL show up and in the week leading up to your party, they will confirm all details and make sure everything is perfect. They just have a lot of parties and events, so it does make sense for them to prioritize the earlier parties. Anyway, again, thank you so much Taylor and all of your amazing crew for giving us the party of the year that none of our guests will ever forget! ETA: We had a few guests with kids with autism and other intellectual disabilities and their parents have all shared how awesome Taylor, the party host Heather, and the entire crew were so inclusive and supportive of their kids having a great time. This is not something I thought to give the crew a heads up on ahead of time, but they are truly experienced and great with kids. Their instructors are usually awesome, have great senses of humor and really engage their classes. You repeat an oath at the beginning of each class and I feel like this really sets the tone of how the class is going to go. They show you what to do, all you have to do at that point is relax and have fun. My favorite instructors so far have been: Jason Good (seriously take a class with him-you will love it-and he will probably sing to you) and Cricket Manjarrez (our class had the giggles most of the night). Some venues they use are better than others; in my experience, I have found the service in bars to be far superior to that in restaurants, but that's kind of out of their control. They have paintings for all levels of detail desired and the schedule changes enough that you can attend a class every several months and not have to paint the same thing. They offer discounts via email for repeat customers and after each class the artist will give you a code to come back at a discounted rate. They are also often on Groupon- so you can watch for that too. I also have to applaud their customer service. A few months ago, I had an issue with my pre-purchased voucher and was able to submit a help ticket quickly and had an answer within 30 minutes. A+ all around.

We just had a blast every single lesson. He gave us options for steps and helped us build a dance we were comfortable with, was interesting, and totally customized to our song. He helped us get so comfortable with the steps and, as we got better, gave us tips to improve even more and flourishes to make the dance a bit more engaging for the audience. Having been a part of many weddings, he's full of helpful tips in general for the wedding, like how to walk on and off after the dance, where my husband should go when we transition to father/daughter dance, and to remember to smile especially during the finale. It definitely shows that he has worked with a lot of couples with their wedding dances, but also has officiated weddings himself, so he has so much helpful knowledge!
