I don't think I've ever left a review before but I can't not leave one. This place used to be amazing and so cute. They would have live music on Saturdays/sundays, it was always packed, they had unique specialty drinks come out every month; they had a presence and we loved it. It's been under new management for over a year and wow, what a missed opportunity. You're in the cutest spot in downtown grapevine and could do so much but it's so rundown and there's no sense of pride or excitement for what you're doing. It's also the only coffee shop and so it's needed. Why not make it incredible???? There's no character, no specialty drinks, nothing exciting. An americano (water with two shots of espresso) is $2 more than a doppio (two shots of espresso). So $2 for water? Just get the doppio and get a cup of water for free and add it in Anyways, hope they change everything and this place becomes better orrrrr can someone else own this place and bring life back into it? Cute little place in downtown Grapevine with parking out front and in the lot right next door. They have outdoor seating as well as distanced seating inside, cute atmosphere! They make homemade cornbread waffles which were awesome and also added an egg to the mix! I also love that they use all oat milk and enjoyed a yummy matcha latte as well. I really wanted to like this place... a lot of people do because the long line tells me so. But, I'm not sure if they're short staffed or if there are too many people or if they have enough equipment. We drove 20 min just to try out this venue. We placed our order and it took 40 min to get our 5 waffle order. Coffee came out 15-20 minutes after placing our order but it was subpar. The temperature was tepid and the coffee didn't taste like described - it tasted like it had too much creamer than anything. The waffles were thick, dry and stale. :( Pretty disappointed since we spent around $60 plus tip for our order. Avoid the pumpkin waffle... the batter wasn't even cooked all the way. read more

I saw a post from Pinch of Salt Pastries and immediately added this place to my list of shops to visit. So of course while driving through Grapevine I made them my first stop! I am kind of obsessed and so glad to say that this place now holds the title of my favorite coffee shop in Grapevine! Not only do they carry White Rock Coffee espresso for their lattes, but the space in generally is right up my ally. White Rock is by far my favorite espresso in TX so far. You will never have a bad drink from a place that serves it up in their lattes. The customer service is amazing too. It made me want to stay and enjoy the space. It also was kind of quiet in there too and that's exactly what I needed. I got this artsy, hippie, mid century vibe with the plants placed here and there. I LOVED it all. I wish they were closer to me so I could frequent more often, but now I have something to look forward to the next time I'm in that area again. They also have GF/Vegan options which always immediately gets 5 stars from me haha. read more

This place is quaint perfection!! It's the new Gem in Grapevine. I live in Dallas but my mom lives and works in Grapevine. I visit her often and this is just what the sweet downtown area needed!! I give it 5 stars for 5 reasons! 1. The menu was amazing. Simple and perfect. I loved the waffle trio. Churro was my personal favorite but my kids loved them all. Staff said they are extending their menu too so I can't imagine the waffles they'll come up with next... Topping and sandwiches galore. 2. The coffee. I love good coffee and I'm picky...but as a Dallasite I was so excited they carry and serve white rock coffee ... it's delicious!!!! I mean doesn't get any better!!! The drink options, syrups, rotating specials, it's amazing. The drip is top notch. 3. Location. Basically on the Main Street. Right in the heart of it all. So easy to get to with plenty of parking. 4. Ambience. Relaxed, light and bright. With an array of oils and tinctures for purchase. Also local of course. Sweet staff. Cute decor and not overdone or intimidating at all. 5. The front and back areas are big enough that if you can't get an outside table there is plenty of space to lay blankets out and picnic in the lawn. With 2 kids that was my plan anyway but it was so fun to see a few other people doing the same enjoying the yummy coffee, waffles and sunshine. I'm actually going back tomorrow!! Oh thank goodness. There is finally a good local coffee shop that is small and friendly. I was a bit discouraged by some of other reviews about the coffee, but maybe that was when they were brand new. The coffee was really good. I had a mocha and the lady friend had a rose thing. They used oat milk which I enjoyed, but they also have other milk and creamers I think. We will be coming by here frequently. Maybe we will try the waffles in the future. read more

I was so excited to try this place because of the oat milk concept and all of the GF/V options. However, I walked in happily and honestly the two workers weren't super friendly. I mentioned it was my first time and they both just looked at me and pointed at the menu...? Needless to say I just ordered my usual and it was pretty good! Happy they have outside seating because inside was empty and because of the workers unfriendliness, I wouldn't have wanted to sit inside. This is our go to spot when we walk through downtown Grapevine. We have always had great service until today... What kind of coffee place doesn't have brewed coffee ready in the morning? I had to wait 10 minutes for a cup of brewed coffee. My husband ordered a latte and the staff literally stood around for 5 minutes before anyone started the latte. So disappointed! Food is ok, coffee is fine. Flavors are an interesting mix and work well, I think the waffles themselves are just ok, my wife likes them. Overall, what brings the stars down quite a bit is how rude one of the waitstaff was and how the tables are not clean. Place would be a good spot to hang out if the tables weren't dirty, a few other reviews say the same thing. One of the staff was great, the other was quite rude. The rude one spent a lot of time just standing around; she could have been wiping tables.We were all also the first customers of the day so it's even harder to understand the attitude/sticky tables. They offer a variety of milk choices and gourmet waffles such as vegan, gluten free chocolate chip and coconut waffles. The lavender charcoal lemonade is quite sweet with a hint of lavender, not overpowering lavender though. It is gray, so it makes for a cool looking drink. The Chaggaccino is a pleasant keto drink that is refreshing with a strong espresso flavor. The taro foam cold brew is creamy, nutty, and slightly sweet. It's like the taro version of a creamsicle.
