Our experience with purchasing a trailer! 1. Not brand new trailer 2022 - but item said was new 2024. (Their version of new is if it's not been sold it's new.) 2. Cracked shower basin- didn't tell after already signed and purchased. 3. Refrigerator won't work. $200 winterized to fix the refrigerator! Hasn't worked since day 1. Charging me to check the fridge. 4. $10K was put down on the trailer! New but defects on fridge and refrigerator... When I bought it I expected to take it home that day and they kept it for 2 weeks to prep it... they didn't tell me this until after paper work! The trailer was in the same shape as it was when I signed paperwork that day: dusty and debris. Bedroom was dirty. I had to clean this myself. I don't recommend this place. They aren't honest and forth coming! Shady business practices. read more

After 94 days they finally called on a Friday to say my RV recall was completed. On Tuesday morning, yes 3 days later they called to say they ran into my RV with someone else's. Said they were having "Wes's Repair" they sub all their body repair out to do an estimate. With all the shitty service and dealings with them I did a little research on "Wes's Repair". There is no such business! It's a guy named Wes that works for Clickit in the back of the dirt lot doing fiberglass repair. No insurance, no business, no license, no anything you would want for someone fixing your RV that the dealer damaged! I said He'll No! You are paying for a licensed accredited business who I choose to fix it. After that Larry Lentz the service manager and Kevin Smith manager, continue to not respond. Refuse to give me insurance information or a claim number. Nickole at Spokane Clickit finally said they didn't want to turn it into insurance so she would pay who I have fix it directly. I asked for that in writing more than a week ago, no response. The recall work they did looks TERRIBLE scratches, holes in the siding, silicone globs, and ther answer was to put tape over the holes in the siding. Then they ran into it causing over $15,000 in damages according to the first estimate I got. I think my layer is going to have fun with this one. Don't walk away RUN from Clickit RV! read more

I should start with I have never given a bad review ever in my life but this one takes the cake. I wouldn't take my trailer here for the life of me! We have unfortunately had the worst experience. The manager has called us about every name in the book and hung up on us on top of everything else In November we had a branch go through our trailer roof. We called clickit and asked what they would charge us to have it fixed. They were unable to get us in to the shop for about a month but we waited. The day of our appointment my husband showed up on time and was told that they were in a meeting and he would have to wait and he waited for about an hour and a half. When it came time to be seen the technicians climbed on the roof and took some pictures climbed down and told us we would get a quote that Friday. All in all this was about 15 minutes. So my husband drove it back home and we waited. Friday came around and we didn't hear anything. Which to be clear we realize things come up so we waited a few more days after the weekend. From that point on for about 3 weeks we still hadn't got our estimate and called numerous times just to check on the status of it as every time we called we were told " so and so will contact you with the quote in an hour" to no call or " we will send you estimate on such and such day" to receive nothing. Again we totally understand things come up and sometimes things take longer but the constant promises and then ghosting us was definitely tiring. While waiting for an estimate we tried seeing how soon we could get in to get it fixed as we travel full time for my husbands job and we were entering storm season and could get sent out shortly. They let us know that it would be several weeks before they could even begin to fix it as our trailer was too large for their shop and they were currently in the middle of building a new shop. After weeks of fighting tooth and nail to get things in place we finally did get our estimate. Given that they were weeks out before the shop was finished and we had already waited weeks before we were ever able to get the estimate we had to leave for my husbands work and would be about 19 hours away for a while. I explained this to them that unfortunately we couldn't get things done before we had to leave and all was well. We left it as if we come back to call them and the estimate would stand and we could get to work on scheduling something. Fast forward 5 months and we get a call stating we have an open bill we've been contacted multiple times about and are neglecting of $537.11. Firstly, we have NEVER received any bill or call regarding a bill. Secondly, we were never told they would charge anything to tell us how much they would charge to fix it. Thirdly, they are claiming that 3 seperate people worked on our trailer for 2 1/2 hours which is simply not the case. We called on this because something was not adding up and we were definitely being blindsided 5 months after the fact. When I say we have never been treated so poorly I mean it. The manager was EXTREMELY confrontational calling us every name in the book and calling us liars multiple times immediately out of the gate. when we said there was no way they worked on our trailer for 2 1/2 hours there was clearly something wrong every time we tried to explain our case he cut us off and told us that's bull$&!* and we are lairs and the type of people who think they can just get things for free and hung up on us. I want to be extremely clear if there was any work done we would of been more than happy to pay it but there was no work completed the technicians climbed on the roof took some pictures and climbed down and we spent 3 weeks fighting to even get an estimate. We even pointed out that we were never told we would be charged to get an estimate and he said that's correct because normally people get it fixed there but we just took our quote and ran. We gave clickit every opportunity we possibly could to do the work,they knew we were short on time. We explained that we waited as long as we could have and when they were booked multiple weeks out before we could get it fixed we were forced to figure something else out and again we were told they weren't busy during that time and that we are lying. I have never in all my years dealt with a such a confrontational person and a manager no less! How embarrassing for them! I was warned by many people to take my trailer else whereas apparently this is a common occurrence and I wish I would have listened. Do yourself a favor and don't even walk on the property they're bound to nickel and dime you the second you walk on the lot. I will note there is a lady named Roxane and her husband and they are lovely people that tried to help us. read more

We had just started a ten day road trip and on our first hookup we discovered our toilet was spewing water. We stopped in to Click It on our way to our second night's park hoping for a part to repair it with. Aaron and Keith came out to our trailer, checked out the toilet, found the part in stock and sent us off to complete a 100% successful repair. Trip saved, these guys are fantastic and go the extra mile! read more

In business for a long time, but I don't understand why. We saw their ads and stopped in to talk about selling our RV on consignment, We were told to return the following Sat. We had asked for Sun so we didn't have to pull our RV out of the park a day early and pay for a wasted day, but agreed. We spent the day cleaning it up, washing it, unhooking, hitching up, etc only to get there and be told they didn't have anyone around to look at it that day. My husband said, "Why did you tell us to come back today then!?" Yes, we were pissed, they were not professional either day, and in fact, were dismissive. We parked it on a lot we have in Walla Walla at 1309 Olive rather than take it back to the park only to leave again the next day. The worst service and treatment!!! I'll never recommend them, and will never go back. read more
