They notified me right away and provided me the updates in the parts they ordered and the plan in repairing. They took care of all of expenses since it happened under their watch. It was ready when I requested it by and they did the right thing by not charging me for any of the work, even though some of it I expected to pay for. This is obviously not a common situation, but it can happen on any piece of equipment being worked on. It was how great I was treated as a new customer that has made me a permanent customer. This is such a less common experience nowadays for customer service, so I wanted to make sure they get the credit they deserve. Keep up the good work!

Nice guys until you ask them to honor a trailer warranty for trailers purchased through them…read more Something that would have cost them $100 in warranty support, resulted in a loss of several new trailer sales. Escalated to the parts and service manager, and was literally ready to purchase an additional trailer with Uriah that day. And they don't care. I was disappointed in this lack of customer service :( It's extremely rare I give a bad review, but when top management of an establishment isn't willing to honor a warranty, even more so when you have a customer with a check book out to purchase another trailer that same day...that says something. I hope that things change down the road, and there's an opportunity to 'shop local' again. Tri Cities has some good alternatives that stand behind their warranty w/o dickering. I wanted to stay local....

He claimed he's made nearly 80 trailers and some for this specific type of golf cart. Although his website states, "We will finish your project in the time we tell you". That was not the case for me. I received several delays and even on the day of delivery, I was still missing the spare tire/rim I purchased. Bill helped me load the trailer and I took it home (10 miles from his location). I tried to load my cart, and it didn't tilt like he said it should (see photos). I then tried to take the cart off the trailer and as soon as the back wheels came off the trailer, it tilted down, slamming under the cart where I was now stuck (see photos). I had to drag it off and scratch the trailer. I immediately sent him a text and photos. He agreed he needed to make a longer trailer and would have one done in a week. I wanted to see how the trailer pulled with the cart on it, so I drove it down the street from my home. About 100 yards into it, the left wheel came off (see photos). At this point I have less than 11 miles of distance on the trailer and the wheels have already fallen off. I sent him photos, and he said his handshake was all I needed and that he would make it right. I delivered the trailer back to him and he stated he suspected a disgruntled employee might have messed with the lug nuts because he too lost 2 wheels on a trip and that he leaves the trailers outside overnight. After over a week of waiting and still no replacement, I reached out to Bill asking to go over the details of the new trailer or talk about a refund. He hadn't even started the new trailer, so he offered a full refund in a few days. After a week, I asked for an ETA on the money so I can purchase a new trailer. He said he had no money, and I should wait. My attorney said to set a due date and to be clear of the steps I would take if he continued to delay and change his story. I did that and Bill replied saying he consulted with several outside sources within the trailer industry, and they all agreed that "the impossibilities of what you have stated are true fact". Even though they agreed with me, he then said I should file a claim with my insurance and then I can pay him to fix the trailer. He added, the trailer "operated exactly as Tripp Trailers represented to operate". From the photos, it clearly shows the trailer doesn't do what it's designed to do. Unfortunately for me, I will have to go to court but if you're looking for a trailer, I'd suggest avoiding Bill Waddell at Tripp Trailers and Customs. He clearly over promises and under delivers and the handshake has proven to have no value. Although the Trac Pac Trailer has been around for a while, Bill is not the designer or original owner. He is just the current owner of the name Trac Pac Trailers. That doesn't mean the quality and customer service stays with the name as I have found out the hard way.

Modified trip so UHaul Pasco on Court Street could resolve problem. Mike, the technition, told me that the other UHaul had mangled the install. Done completely wrong. Blew 4 fuses on my Honda. It was arching sparks under the car. I left my Honda there and used a UHaul truck to take our trailer to Bend Oregon. Came back to Pasco to pick up car. I was told problem was fixed. I tested it before I left. Trailer brakes did not work. I told the manager it was not fixed. She told me I was wrong. She went out with her test kit to show me that I was wrong. She actually slammed the register shut and was quite harsh. She discovered I had no brakes with her test kit. Her attitude softened at that point. She opened the hatch to find that the back compartment of the Honda Pilot was torn apart and the tools were still in my car. I asked for the truck to take my trailer back to Renton. She refused as it was apparently UHaul's policy to send customers on the road with no brakes. We were forced to take another day off of work (my wife) and spent another day in Pasco while they tried to fix. The next day they fixed it; however, my trailer main fuse blows every time I plug in to the Honda. I was told It is my brand new trailer that is broken and not their install issue. We left and pulled over in Vernita WA rest stop. I discovered that my left tail light assembly was missing. I have a video of the tail light when I dropped off the car. It was missing when we left or it fell off shortly after leaving because it was put back on improperly. I sent pictures to UHaul an hour after we left. I was told it was not their problem. I have spent two days attempting to get a hold of management at corporate level. I've spent an hour on hold and have talked to no one. Moral of this story, avoid UHaul at all costs.

Said they were having "Wes's Repair" they sub all their body repair out to do an estimate. With all the shitty service and dealings with them I did a little research on "Wes's Repair". There is no such business! It's a guy named Wes that works for Clickit in the back of the dirt lot doing fiberglass repair. No insurance, no business, no license, no anything you would want for someone fixing your RV that the dealer damaged! I said He'll No! You are paying for a licensed accredited business who I choose to fix it. After that Larry Lentz the service manager and Kevin Smith manager, continue to not respond. Refuse to give me insurance information or a claim number. Nickole at Spokane Clickit finally said they didn't want to turn it into insurance so she would pay who I have fix it directly. I asked for that in writing more than a week ago, no response. The recall work they did looks TERRIBLE scratches, holes in the siding, silicone globs, and ther answer was to put tape over the holes in the siding. Then they ran into it causing over $15,000 in damages according to the first estimate I got. I think my layer is going to have fun with this one. Don't walk away RUN from Clickit RV!
