We are full time RVers and needed some fairly major work done. I had contacted a dealer on the…read moreWestside of Oregon who didn't seem overly sympathetic to our situation. I called Thunder RV and spoke with Wayne. Not only did he schedule us in a reasonable amount of time, he was also 1/3 the cost. We arrived on the day of our scheduled service and were promptly taken care of, in and out by the early afternoon. He even looked over some other concerns I had. I am incredibly impressed with Thunder RV and in particular Wayne, who was so friendly, helpful, and professional. We will be back again when or if we need repair.

I spend my cabbage here. At least yearly for maintenance but more than that for parts, advice,…read moreupgrades and the like. Wayne is the heat! Ask for him. Yah, he's busy. Yah, you might have to wait. Yah he's in demand. There's a reason for all that. There isn't much he doesn't know about RV dilemmas. He won't give yas the bunk. When he says something is right .. it's right. If he says something needs to be fixed, fix it. He won't chilsel yas, he won't do work that isn't necessary. He's on the square! There's no FlimFlam in this joint. You can take it on the heel and toe, go find some tool who will claim to be able to resolve yer problem. Then do that again, and again, and again or maybe melt your wiring like Curt's RV does. I'm tell'in ya, this is the dude who can fix it, fix it right, fix it the first time. And if he see's anything along the way that needs you to put an eyeball on it, he'll tell yas. Tell em The Hammer sent ya! On second thought, maybe keep that under yer fedora. Ha!

RV Stolen Off Their Lot Do not go to this business. They are…read moreextremely unprofessional and disorganized. They use unsecured and unmonitored locations for storage and have shady business practices. We brought our camper, a Jayco Jayflight, in for winterization, warranty work and possible repairs at the end of September. We showed the employee the damage we wanted a quote to fix, and they said they would take care of it. We were told warranty work takes a long time with our brand of camper. Two months later we got the call that the camper was finished and ready to be picked up. I asked about the quote we were supposed to get, and they said that the guy who was supposed to do it was laid off during the slow season so nobody else knew about it, but they will get the quote for us. They told my husband that it would be a while to hear back from the manufacturer. I called in January to ask about the quote again and was assured that it is normal that these things take a long while to get, so we waited to hear from them. When April rolled around and we still hadn't heard from them, I decided to push for my quote again. They said they would call me back when Shawn (who was the only person there who seemed to be able to tell me any information) was available. Shawn eventually called back and gave me the quote. I asked for some time to think about it and talk it over and he agreed. A bit later, Shawn called me again saying he had been trying to reach me about my quote, and I never answered my calls. I was confused by this as we spoke about it prior to this call. I gave him the quote amount and said he already gave it to me and he confirmed it. I told him I would call him about it next week and he agreed. We ultimately decided to not do the quote. I called, arranged pickup and asked if they could de-winterize the RV by pick up day. They said it would be ready to go. On pickup day, we got there and they did not have the de-winterization in the invoice. I asked a couple times about it and the owner, Kevin Munstermann, assured me it was completed, then added it to the invoice and charged us. He told me our camper was out back in a separate lot. Turns out, our RV was nowhere to be seen. We went back in and Kevin said if our camper isn't out there, then he doesn't know where it is, and that it is our problem. He kept blaming us for it being gone because we left it with them for so long, then said he should charge us for storage, even though his employees stated it would be fine when we asked about it months ago. He also took no accountability for any of the problems we faced working with them, and blew us off by pointing to a sign in his window waiving any responsibility for theft or misplaced items. We ended up filing a police report. The owner was not sympathetic or helpful, and was rude. They clearly had no idea our camper was even stolen. It is unlikely they did the de-winterization because they would have video footage of the camper, which they told the police they did not have, although they did charge us for that service and for all the other work performed. They clearly parked it, unsecured and without our knowledge, in a back-alley lot where someone saw it and took it, and not a single employee over the course of all this time even noticed it was gone. I read in the police report that they got the quote back in January, shortly after I called asking about it, but our phone records do not show that they ever called us to let us know. This place is shady, disorganized, and unprofessional. They do not deserve anyone's business.

Our experience with purchasing a trailer!…read more 1. Not brand new trailer 2022 - but item said was new 2024. (Their version of new is if it's not been sold it's new.) 2. Cracked shower basin- didn't tell after already signed and purchased. 3. Refrigerator won't work. $200 winterized to fix the refrigerator! Hasn't worked since day 1. Charging me to check the fridge. 4. $10K was put down on the trailer! New but defects on fridge and refrigerator... When I bought it I expected to take it home that day and they kept it for 2 weeks to prep it... they didn't tell me this until after paper work! The trailer was in the same shape as it was when I signed paperwork that day: dusty and debris. Bedroom was dirty. I had to clean this myself. I don't recommend this place. They aren't honest and forth coming! Shady business practices.

Said they were having "Wes's Repair" they sub all their body repair out to do an estimate. With all the shitty service and dealings with them I did a little research on "Wes's Repair". There is no such business! It's a guy named Wes that works for Clickit in the back of the dirt lot doing fiberglass repair. No insurance, no business, no license, no anything you would want for someone fixing your RV that the dealer damaged! I said He'll No! You are paying for a licensed accredited business who I choose to fix it. After that Larry Lentz the service manager and Kevin Smith manager, continue to not respond. Refuse to give me insurance information or a claim number. Nickole at Spokane Clickit finally said they didn't want to turn it into insurance so she would pay who I have fix it directly. I asked for that in writing more than a week ago, no response. The recall work they did looks TERRIBLE scratches, holes in the siding, silicone globs, and ther answer was to put tape over the holes in the siding. Then they ran into it causing over $15,000 in damages according to the first estimate I got. I think my layer is going to have fun with this one. Don't walk away RUN from Clickit RV!
