I have done business here for years. It has continued to digress. At some point yas just hear enough excuses and recieve enough shoddy work. I have. I asked the owners wife explicitly to insure my light colored interior was not sullied. Many times I have picked up a vehicle after they worked on it with debri left inside, dirty mats, etc. Not only was the car's passenger seat streaked with black grease an idiot light in the dash was on and there were spots of oil down the passenger side of the car. I went in the next day. The owner was at lunch. I asked his partner to have him call me to remedy or detail the seat they made filthy and get the idiot light turned off. He told me the idiot light had nothing to do with them and was probably due to wiring under the horn area on the steering wheel. Over a week has passed. Nada from them. I'm done. There are lots of choices ... make one! read more

Our 2012 BMW started making a concerning noise on our way home from a trip Sunday night. By Monday morning, we took it to All Foreign after another shop couldn't get us in for a couple of days. They diagnosed the issue immediately--it needed a new alternator, which wasn't available locally. Lance quickly arranged a special order, and the parts arrived the very next day. We had a horrible experience and these people do not treat customers well at all. They threw our key fob and told us to get a lawyer when we asked about charges and asked why they didn't get our consent to do work. They charged us over $500 to change the oil and scan it. Most expensive and rude oil change ever! These people are taking advantage of people and are not ethical or legal. Do NOT GO HERE! read more

This place is awesome! Passing thru on a cross country road trip and ran into some auto issues right outside the town. Two different auto shops refused us and said it would be at least a week before they could look at it but this nice man at All Foreign Auto fit our car in right away to check on it for us. While out of town I had a headlamp go out and got pulled over for it. The next morning I bought a new light at an auto parts store. Getting to the light proved a challenge for me, so I asked about where I could get some help changing it out. I was directed to All Foreign Auto as most other places in the town were closed on Saturdays. I found the shop and was first told that they weren't open, but then the mechanic said he would do it. He pulled it into the shop, changed the bulb with the new one that I had already purchased, and backed it out less than five minutes later. For his "trouble" he charged me $39. Two things: 1) He charged me for a half hour of labor, the "minimum" that he said he could charge, even though it was obvious the job would only take a second. 2). He should have been up front that he intended to charge me $39 for replacing a light bulb, I would never have agreed to such a charge. Needless to say, I'll never again give business to these dishonest folks. You shouldn't either. read more

These guys were great! I went in thinking I was about due for front brake pads on my Subaru. Instead I was told they were okay and good for awhile yet. My back ones were about done though, and I had them changed out instead. (I could have got taken on the front brakes and been none the wiser.) I was charged the hourly rate, naturally, but they had me in and out in 40 minutes. Fast, friendly and honest service! read more

Stranded 2 miles west of le grande ore I called Captain hooks Two service operating out of All Foreign auto service in Le grande. The driver/owner picked us up within 10 minutes. Asked where we wanted to be towed I said we wanted to be towed to where we could get repairs if possible as soon as possible. Driver, Lance, called several shops on the way in to town none could guarantee service that day or the next. Lance then towed us back to his shop, All Foreign auto service, and was able to locate all the parts to fix our cadillac northstar engine which had froze a pulley on the serpentine belt. Setting other priorities aside they had us back on the road to Seattle within four hours. The cost of the repairs was reasonable, certainly no more than I would have paid in my hometown.
