So they Basically bought my trunk lid from a junkyard,took the dents out of it replaced my old bumper with an even older one used model and still charge original manufacture pricing. Cutting corners showed in less than 1 year from repair. I thought theses guys were honest at first. Tricky tricky tricky. As well as the sketch part of picking up my key in a open mailbox. Any random person walking by could've looked in at the unlocked mail box hit the unlock button and presto "free car". After experiencing other auto body shops i am disappointed this is still an issue in 2019. You get what ya pay for. Next time I'll pay a little bit more attention into who I'm trusting with my ride.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, both in the waiting area and on the phone. The estimator clearly presented options, and I was informed of problems and progress along the way.
