I have always felt respected and important when I do business with them. My only complaint is minor: I set up an appointment a week in advance to bring my car in. I took it in and gave the key to the only guy there (it was 7:30 AM) and went on my way. The only correspondence on my vehicle for the rest of the day came through my husband, who never called them or set up the appointment. Of the two of us, I am the one to talk to about the car. It really isn't that big of a deal, but my husband isn't a car guy and I would have liked to have been the one they called.

He towed both, truck on tow vehicle - trailer in tow, to the dealership in Hermiston, and then dropped the trailer off at a local RV park. He was very professional, courteous and got us where we need to be as quickly as possible. It took him less time to solve our issue than it took for the insurance company to get him dispatched. He also listened to me explain the truck issue and mentioned that it was a common issue that could be resolved quickly by someone with mechanical skills. After researching his suggestion it was obviously the right solution. I appreciate the great service that he provided!
