All I can say about this company is WOW!!!! Such an amazing group of guys that went above and beyond expectations to take care of the customers that they didn't even know the day before they towed our car after we got in a severe accident and rolled the car on its side and slid for a good 150-200 feet. Don is the type of guy you want to work your butt off for and his guys do, they more then showed that to us this past weekend when the did things for us that you wouldn't of gotten at any other tow company. Eric and Justin thank you for saving us at 3:30 in the morning, and Eric thank you for picking us up and getting some clothes out of the car that we needed. Don you are just that one in a million boss who someone like me would work their butt of for cause you can tell he cares and not just about his employees but his customers as well, and he proved that to us by helping two people he had no idea existed 24 hours earlier and worked with ha in our bill to get the car out of the tow lot. Last but not least Kenny, dude is the epitome of a hard worker, took us over to the car after the bill was paid, jump started the car for us, then when he noticed that the right front tire wasn't rotating he takes the tire off which had a ton of ice packed into the rim and the brake calipers, he then proceeded to take the tire off and bust out all the snow and ice in there so we could get back on the freeway. (Get ready for some high-quality H2O) The other day I had my left rear tire blow out going roughly 75 mph on West I-84 20 miles outside of Baker City. After I jack my truck up on the wanna-be jack that comes with my vehicle, I realized that the previous owner had the bright idea to put a lock on the spare.... And not put the key on the key ring...Yeah, doesn't make sense to me either. I try to jimmy the thing open by disobeying what my mama always said and tried to force a screwdriver in there (I'm referring to "If something doesn't fit, don't force it... If that's not what you thought then get your mind out of the gutter.) When that didn't work I decided to call AAA, and they thankfully sent Superior Towing. The reason I say thankfully because they sent Rob who was a really nice and funny guy to hang around, he wasn't complaining about being there, he wasn't incompetent by any means. He understood that I didn't have the proper tools to get the lock off and get things done and he knew what he was doing. He informed me that breaking the lock off may cause damage to the vehicle, I didn't care so he made that lock his umm... his... female dog. Just want to say how grateful I am to Justin at Superior Towing. I woke up this morning about 200 feet off the side of the highway, having fallen asleep at the wheel, gone through a barbed wire fence, and over a ditch into a cow field. The car and I were fine except for a few scrapes on the passenger side from the barbed-wire. When I found out that my AAA membership couldn't cover the cost of towing my car back across the ditch, I stressed out a little bit. I'm a college student with very little disposable income, and the $200-$500 bill would have been more than I would have been able to pay. I told Justin that I would have to call my sister to cover the bill, but I think he picked up on the fact that it would be a considerable financial burden for a person in my position. Justin took the initiative to find a stretch of the field that was somewhat driveable and cleared a path, directing me up and back onto the freeway without the truck's assistance, saving me that $200-$500 at the expense of his time. I appreciated Justin's humanity and focus on helping someone in need whether or not the company made a profit. That's rarer than it should be. Superior Towing of Baker City is great. They do a lot of hard work to get traumatized drivers out of some very bad situations. They are committed, experienced, and have great customer service. Markeith did everything he could to make sure my daughter and I were situated for the night in Baker City so that we could get our Suburban repaired the next day. Referred by Bill at East Side Diesel, Sean was super helpful in trying to diagnose my 7.3L Econoline that broke down on a cross country road trip. Without wait, he jumped right in to take a look and ended up taking me to a nearby code specialist. My injector module was toast and I had to be towed to the closest Ford dealership, Legacy Ford in La Grande. Gary picked me up the next morning and we had a great, comfortable 45min ride to La Grande full of conversation. Can't recommend this company enough. I broke down in the middle of nowhere after having driven several hours. I was exhausted, scared, and my nerves were shot. Gary got there so quickly and was warm and reassuring. He got me back on the road quickly. I ended up breaking down again within 10 minutes (different issue). My daughter and I were traveling to Boise ID when our Jeep showed very low oil pressure. It was dusk and we were about 15 miles outside of Baker City. We called AAA who sent Superior Towing out to get us. They got there quickly, and our driver (Markeith) was friendly, fast and very accommodating. After dropping our car at the mechanic shop, he gave us a ride to our hotel, and offered to come back in the morning if we needed.
