After contacting the office and waiting a couple of hours, they did refund half of the labor to my card. So it only cost me $95 to install a tire. What a deal. I posted a picture of the bill on here The next day a tire shop installed that unsuitable tire for $35 (They could have charged more because they discovered a leak after mounting it, patched it and mounted it again) The service technician was a decent guy but I think he's working for an opportunistic company. (I was that guy once)

To say I was stressed and rather scared is an understatement. Josh had many jobs to get to but he kept in touch with me, reassured me, and arrived to rescue me earlier than anticipated! He then worked with my roadside assistance to tow my car all the way to the dealer in Portland. The next morning his driver Jesse drove us 350 miles, about 6 hours. We chatted and laughed, he pointed out areas of interest and told us the history (we are nerds that way). He was professional but very friendly and personable. I took it in and gave the key to the only guy there (it was 7:30 AM) and went on my way. The only correspondence on my vehicle for the rest of the day came through my husband, who never called them or set up the appointment. Of the two of us, I am the one to talk to about the car. It really isn't that big of a deal, but my husband isn't a car guy and I would have liked to have been the one they called.

He towed both, truck on tow vehicle - trailer in tow, to the dealership in Hermiston, and then dropped the trailer off at a local RV park. He was very professional, courteous and got us where we need to be as quickly as possible. It took him less time to solve our issue than it took for the insurance company to get him dispatched. He also listened to me explain the truck issue and mentioned that it was a common issue that could be resolved quickly by someone with mechanical skills. After researching his suggestion it was obviously the right solution. I appreciate the great service that he provided!
