They…read more charged me $600 now the screen is flickering. almost 4 weeks after leaving probably 20 calls with them and also on their chat no one has called me back. I spoke with the manager this morning and he was rude with me saying that the machine could not be repaired. He hung the phone up. I spent $600. He could've communicated with me and told me that he was unable to repair the machine properly but did decided not to communicate. I definitely would highly not recommend this company to anyone.

A couple of weeks later, the printer stopped working entirely. I then spent over an hour on a Zoom troubleshooting session with him, where I was told the issue was with HP and that I needed to contact them because my computer was not recognizing the printer. Unsatisfied with that answer, I hired another technician. Within approximately 20 minutes, he resolved the printer issue and got everything working properly. He charged $45. During this process, it was also discovered that security software installed on my computer was generating frequent pop-ups and that a subsequent scan identified suspicious activity that required attention. When I raised my concerns, I was offered only a partial refund. While I accepted the refund to close the matter, I remain disappointed with the value received for the amount charged and with how the situation was handled. Customers deserve accurate troubleshooting, fair pricing, and confidence that the work performed has genuinely resolved the issue. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I can't speak to the owner's technical expertise but he declared that the keyboard needed to be replaced at a cost of $300 without even trying to type something on it and observe the problem. I explained to him that my daughter needed the machine to study at home that evening and for the next few days for upcoming tests and that I could bring it in 3 days later to get the repair done. He proceeded to accuse me of playing games and telling me that I was lying about my daughter needing her computer ?!? He also tried to pressure me into leave her mac right away and pick it up in the morning which also didn't work for us and then continued to insult me because I refused. Clearly, his prediction of me not getting the repair done with him was self-fulfilling because I would never do business which such an obnoxious and unprofessional individual. I'm a Professional Electrical Engineer / Executive with over 25 years of experience dealing with hundreds of suppliers large and small, and I have never been treated this poorly by anyone in the technical service industry. Being in need of an alternative, I contacted Apple Expert Calgary who actually have a store, are very polite and courteous, and are able to replace the keyboard for $250 if needed because they actually troubleshoot the machine and confirm the problem before providing a free estimate.
