I spoke with the manager this morning and he was rude with me saying that the machine could not be repaired. He hung the phone up. I spent $600. During this process, it was also discovered that security software installed on my computer was generating frequent pop-ups and that a subsequent scan identified suspicious activity that required attention. When I raised my concerns, I was offered only a partial refund. While I accepted the refund to close the matter, I remain disappointed with the value received for the amount charged and with how the situation was handled. Customers deserve accurate troubleshooting, fair pricing, and confidence that the work performed has genuinely resolved the issue. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
