Got my phone fixed sept 17th and it dropped from the charger cord just over a month after ( noticed…read moremy screen wasn't tighten in proper ) and my screen fell right out. And the guy has refused and was saying I blamed him for it when I simply asked if he could come tighten it he said it's not his problem . I took my cellphone in as my SD card holder/reader had become disconnected. After some…read moreinvestigation, they indicated that they were not able to fix it. So I picked it up and took it home. It did not work well on the way home (bluetooth connection) and so I investigated further. It was unable to read my SIM card. I took it back to the repair shop and they denied any responsibility and stated it could not be fixed. This is the first time I have ever taken something in to be fixed somewhere and had it come back to me worse than it was before.
