For my entire adult life have depended on personal references to find individual housecleaners. And that can be a pain when life changes or schedules change and suddenly they're not available. Or when I don't need help for a while and they replace me. I recently moved to a new neighborhood and was disappointed to find the cleaner of a friend nearby was fully booked. Thankfully she shared a business card for Rocio and her crew ensuring me that they were good. I had no other leads, so I contacted her after being convinced by her website to try them. I'm so happy I did. Now I have clean home dependability in my life. Scheduled completely at my convenience. Rocio is super professional, a great communicator, highly organized, and has an amazing crew! These ladies even leave little works of art to show they've been here. You know the specially folded towels, tissues, and toilet paper that you find in 5 star hotels after housekeeping as been there? Yep, I have these all over my house when Rocio and her crew have been here. I'm pretty picky. So I'm thrilled to find that even with redos and personal preferences Rocio ensures I'm happy. For instance, my polished wood staircase had a light film on it after they left the first time and every footstep left a mark. I asked her to take care of it the next time and not to use product on my stairs in the future. She cheerfully did exactly that and it now looks like it did before they ever came. The great advantage of three women here at once is that I don't have to leave for long since I usually schedule them for a day when I'm going to be working from home. They're a whirlwind! They came and did a deep clean that included a special, 10% off and a free fridge clean (inside). Two cleaners came and when we returned home two hours later the place was impeccable! Shining bright, extremely clean, and smelling fantastic!!!! They were even able to get the shower grout back to looking new. I think the pricing is extremely reasonable (even the rate before the special) because two women came in here and busted a## to make our apartment sparkle. The little touches made it even better (making the bed, folding bath linens like a fancy hotel, etc.) Communication went above and beyond. Looking forward to having them back in a couple weeks for a regular clean.

We paid over $400 for a move-in cleaning (3,000 sq ft home). Our home had already been cleaned by professional cleaners when the previous owners moved out but they had a dog and my family is sensitive to pet dander and I just wanted another good cleaning before we moved in. I requested that they focus on the windows, cabinets, drawers and floors (hardwood). When I asked for a deeper cleaning of the carpeted, I was told it would be an additional $70 for steam cleaning. All fine. However, after the cleaning, my husband went to inspect and found the floors to be dusty and dirty (bare feet turned black after walking around a bit!). When I reached out, I was told that it was probably cleaning residue?? They offered to come back to clean or a $50 discount (still putting the bill at $440). At this point, I figured I'd do the final cleaning. Fast forward two weeks, we finally moved in and to my disappointment, the cupboards, and drawers have crumbs in the corners and just don't feel clean. Not to mention, when I vacuumed the stairs, there was still dog hair. I hate doing this to a small business, but as my husband put it, it just feels like we "wasted money" because we are doing quite a lot of mopping and cleaning when really we expected to move into a cleaned home.

I went to get an estimate and book online, but after completing all the information and answering all of the questions, it errored out forcing me to email for a quote and to schedule. There were days of back and forth emails with complicated explanations about various shifts and workers arriving at different times. Nothing was easy about this process. I finally scheduled and was hoping the clean would redeem the booking process. The staff member arrived on time and was super friendly. It was clear she was working hard and wanted to do a good job. She did ask me for several supplies, which surprised me, as I hadn't experienced that before and wouldn't have anticipated. I had work meetings during the latter part of her cleaning. When I was done, I discovered that she had needed even more supplies, so had to call a family member to bring them and then had that person help finish up. This meant she let someone into my home when I was unaware and potentially not employed by the company. Very alarming. Afterwards, I inspected the work and found some of it was well done and other parts were not. She told me she couldn't do the shower because she didn't have the appropriate supplies. The floors were not done well at all and we had to go back and clean them ourselves. The owner followed up to ask how things went and if we'd like to schedule regular cleanings. I relayed our experience, asking if I should expect to provide supplies and if the shower would be handled at the next visit. I never heard from them again.
