Good quality ingredients, but no flavor. Chicken kabobs were slightly overcooked, but looked amazing; just no flavor. Same with the hummus and falafel. Maybe ieverything just needed some salt. The owner was so sweet! i believe he made my food and took my order. everything is as fresh as can be and as a picky eater, this is a great spot! everything was so delicious and flavorful and i can't wait to go back. i talked with the owner for a bit and he was so kind and knowledgeable. he let me try the baklava for the first time for free ! i ended having to buy a piece as well! it was so delicious. i'm definitely making this a new spot for some refreshing and delicious food. read more

The high ratings made me expect more from this place but it honestly was a sad meal. The gyro sandwich was decent but the pita bread that was used for the sandwich was different from the pita bread that they gave you to dip the hummus in. We had to heat up the pita bread in the air fryer and it only helped a little bit. The hummus was bland and just didn't taste good. The fries were soft, bland, and oily. We ordered to go but I don't think dining in would've made a huge difference. There are better Mediterranean places so make the drive and get them instead. read more

We ordered the lamb gyro and the falafel. At $5.95 a piece, they were a decent price, but there wasn't much to them- some lettuce, some tomato, pita, a little bit of taziki sauce, and the lamb or falafel patties. Nothing super flavorful or interesting about either- the falafel was a little dry and don't have enough sauce on it. The peanut butter and chocolate baklava tasted like a reeces cup melted with some phyllo dough around it. Asked for a glass of water and was told that I could only buy a bottle of water. Was disappointed that they no longer offered kanafeh for dessert, they only had various baklava. Overall, not somewhere I would recommend or return to, unless I was in the area and looking for something affordable. read more

We discovered this place after selling a car, so we got there around 1:45, a bit late for lunch. What we received was excellent food and old-school service. We will be back, especially for the ground lamb pie that we believe was prepared with pomegranate molasses. So clever! read more

Second time coming here during Covid-19 being only take out only, I obviously came back so I thought it was good enough. Kibbi was fine. Not my favorite. I just wish there was more seasoning in the meat. The chicken shawarma sandwich in a pita with hummus and lettuce was really good. It was seasoned well. I also recommend the chocolate baklava. We got it the first time we were there. It is not traditional, but who can say no to chocolate. As far as Covid measures, they followed them well. Take out only. I was a regular customer at this restaurant for a long time .I moved pretty far away. I was in the area today and I was so excited to come here and eat a falafel plate . I wanted a glass of water it was so hot outside it was over 90°Fout and I just wanted to quench my thirst,,,,! The male owner of the restaurant refused to give us a glass of water he wanted to charge us $2.50 for a bottle of water and said in this economy I have to make money . All I have to say is WOW it's inhumane that is crazy you can't even give a customer water when we were going to buy food , you talk about GREED. I really hope he gets what he asks for on his day. Worst service I've ever received in my life!!!!!!!!. Absolutely do not go here you will be treated like junk. And to be honest the food was only good when it's made with care and love not greed and profit intentions behind it . Came here on a recommendation as I heard their falafel was very nice. Well, I never got the chance to try their food as I asked for a glass of water given it wasover 90 F out and was told I had to buy bottled water at $2.50 a pop. The male owner told me they are open to make money so they don't serve tap water. Never had that happen to me before. The BEST garlic dip that I've had in Colorado. I've spent a ton of time in Detroit and the surrounding suburbs, and have been trying to find something close to as good here. Cleopatra is the best that I've found so far. The garlic sauce had the right amount of bite/zip and complimented everything else perfectly. The vegetarian sampler was very good. The baba ganoush was smoky, had great eggplant flavor, and nice texture. The dolmas were warm and savory. The falafel tasted zesty and fresh. The hummus was simple and tasty. My only critique is their pita - it was cold, lifeless, and a bit boring. I really missed the warm, yeasty pita in Detroit that really completes the meal. My husband ordered the gyro plate and really enjoyed it. He praised the meat and the hummus, but had similar feelings about the pita. We finished our meal with the pistachio baklava and these were EXCEPTIONAL. The dough was perfectly crispy and flaky on top, and the inside was gooey and delicious. As a fellow Egyptian I can vouch for their food. I did order through grubhub though so can't speak to the restaurant itself. The good: Fava beans were great! Pita was fresh and perfectly thin. Humus was tasty. Rice was also excellent! The tabouli was one of the best I've had. Don't bother going here. My boyfriend and I ordered the falafel and gyro sandwich and was forced to make them combos because they don't have water on tap, just bottled. My falafel pita was nearly rock hard with no flavor to the falafel (I make them homemade so it's not hard), and he got the gyro which was nearly out of the refrigerator cold. I shouldn't have expected much from a $8 sandwich but I think temperature is non negotiable. read more

The flavors are some of the best amongst Mediterranean restaurants in the area. The meats tend to be overcooked and a bit dry like the chicken and lamb kabobs. But, the kubideh and lamb chops were perfect. The grilled meats pick up smokey charring better than any other restaurant I can think of. The stuffed grape leaves are the best I've had. The hummus is ok-- could use a bit more lemon or salt, but that may be more of that regional variation. You won't be disappointed, especially finished with baklava. read more

We arrived at noon last Saturday and not a soul walked in for the hour that we were there. I had the chicken Shawarma plate and BF got the gyro meat plate. I really honestly thought I had reviewed this place. SO here we go... We had driven by this place probalby 30 or so times and we were hungry one night and figured we'd give it a shot. It's a cute little place decorated tastefully with nice tables and booth seating which I like over tables. We were seated and we looked over their menu. Now we've been there a second time but the first time we went with this sampler platter and these amazing mushroom appetizers which was so good I could have eaten just that. We got a big platter next and it had rice and lamb, beef, shrimp, and chicken. It was so good but so much food we were so full I was pretty sure I could have just went to sleep on the bench.
