Knowing he was busy like the rest of the store, I said excuse me and asked could I ask him for his opinion. A fairly new store for Sherwin-Williams but conveniently located on Maybank Highway at Towne Street…read moreon Johns Island. Sufficient parking behind the building. It looks sort of small for a paint store from the outside, but they have paint, paint samples, a mixing and storage room in the back and (of course) a very helpful staff in the three times that we have been in there to choose paint colors for our contractor for partial painting of an 8-10 year old house. Colors galore! Almost too many for me to take in, for example, in the white shades there must be 10 or so of various shades of white. So, for other interior and exterior colors it blows the mind. Oh, and did I say that the staff was helpful and great? Recommend.

Sherwin Williams has a few different shops around town and this one in my favorite. I went in…read morethere yesterday and was helped by Brandon- who was super patient and knowledgeable. He let us take our paint chips outside to view the colors in different lights and gave us advise on a primer color to go underneath. We chose the paints and then we left to grab lunch while he made them up for us. They were ready for us when we returned- no problem! Later in the day, my husband decided he wanted one other color and we called Brandon and he made it up for us while my husband drove over there. They also keep all our purchases/colors in their computer. Great service!! Tip: Sherwin Williams has the best selection of "Historic Charleston" colors, but you have to ask for the chip selection because they don't keep them out in the main display.

My boyfriend recently purchased a TV from Aaron's Rent to Own, and the entire experience has been…read moreextremely frustrating. First, the TV was supposed to be shipped. After waiting, we were then told they don't offer shipping for that specific TV, so we had to drive to the store to pick it up instead. When we arrived, the manager (I'm assuming she was the manager) told us that the TV we originally purchased had been given to someone else, but they had "another one" to give us. She then mentioned that the remote and the TV stand legs were not in the box, which immediately raised red flags. Because of that, I specifically asked if the TV they were giving us had been used. She clearly stated it was brand new out of the box. That was not true. The box was badly beaten up and clearly not new. Once we got the TV home and set it up, there were multiple streaming accounts already logged in (Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube), proving it had been used before. On top of that, there are visible dots across the bottom of the screen, indicating a display issue. If I hadn't directly asked whether the TV was used -- and if I hadn't been explicitly told it was brand new -- I wouldn't be nearly as upset. The biggest issue here is being misled. This is not acceptable when you're paying for what is supposed to be a new product. Very disappointed and would not recommend unless honesty and transparency improve.

I've never rented to own anything so I decided to stop in and see how it all worked, and how things…read morewere priced. I found multiple living room sets, bedroom sets, ect. that could be rented for various periods of time. I also found that the furniture could be purchased and paid for in full and that ended up being much less expensive. In some cases 50 percent less expensive. If paying the full price up front is not an option, I noticed the price of a living room set, sectional was about $139.00 per month and most items seemed to be available to rent for around that price, it appeared 24 months was the average length of most rental agreements advertised. No one greeted, spoke to me or offered assistance but then again I didn't need any since I was only browsing. I wouldn't return because there are plenty of other furniture options available and I'm not interested in renting to own anything at this time.

The young lady said they didn't have them and "it wasn't a problem for them". I told her you're gonna lose thousands of dollars by losing my sale because you can't provide a sample, you can't pull out a piece of flooring to show me and you told me I could order something online for $15. I told you that is not gonna work. The young man and woman were spending their time trying to find inventory and not serving a customer. This woman is a detriment to this company. Her attitude was she didn't care that they didn't have a sample, she knows nothing about business and I hope the owner reads this and gets rid of her as soon as possible as she has no business sense whatsoever.

I came into your store today with the intent to make a major purchase. My husband and I just bought…read morea beautiful two-story home off Bull Street downtown, and we're in the process of completely redoing the floors. We were seriously considering outfitting the entire home with products from your store until something happened that left me completely shaken. As soon as we walked in, we witnessed an older male manager (Mathew Ruggiero) yelling and cussing out a young female employee loudly and aggressively I have no idea what prompted the outburst, but there is absolutely no justification for speaking to anyone that way "I gave you everything you f*cking have". This is disgusting to hear coming from someone in a leadership position. It was hostile, uncomfortable, and frankly disgusting to witness. I was so disturbed by what I saw that my husband immediately ushered us out of the store. And I had to stop him from going back in to confront the manager directly that's how upsetting and inappropriate the situation was. We sat in the car for a moment, still stunned. Eventually, my husband went back inside to get the name of the manager involved, because we didn't feel right just walking away from this without saying something. I'm writing this now because something this serious cannot be brushed aside. If this is how employees are treated here, I can't in good conscience support the business as a customer and I truly hope action is taken. No one deserves to be humiliated and berated like that in front of others, and it reflects terribly on your brand and company culture. We will be taking our business elsewhere moving forward but this needs to be addressed, and soon....
