I called to ask some questions and next thing you know, I was calling back with credit card info to set it up sight unseen. I called on a Friday and the unit we were interested in was in stock so we were able to set up delivery for Monday. Monday the crew called to let me know they were 20 mins away. They showed up as scheduled and were very professional. They hauled away the old broken unit, installed the new Speed Queen, and ran a test cycle. We had just repainted the concrete floor in the laundry room and they were careful not to scuff it up. Considering the delivery, install, and haul away was an extra $50, that was money well spent.

The good: The counter was beautifully cut and installed; couldn't ask for anything better in that regard. They were able to give us exactly what we wanted design-wise and it looks just as we had hoped. The not-so-good: Poor communication - Every time I wanted an update I had to reach out, and there was never any engagement from them otherwise. There were days when we were left wondering whether they would show up at all, because they weren't providing updates or answering texts/calls. Timelines and estimates were never clear and we were constantly left guessing/estimating when they would arrive and when we can expect work to be done. Once the counters were installed, we had to end up paying a plumber to reinstall the sink, even though we asked in-person if we would be covered prior to the plumber coming - again, poor communication, since we clearly thought we wouldn't have to pay and they said otherwise.
