When we left, we knew what our next steps should be with a guide to aid us in planning our kitchen. We also had an estimate of the cost and felt confident about our cabinet and countertop choices. In addition to having such a great sales consultant, we spoke with Jay who had done an excellent job in designing and building the showroom. This gave us an opportunity to review our choices. This was, by far, one of the best sales consultant and customer interactions we have experienced. Mr. and Mrs. Neff - Carolina Shores, NC

I ordered my pull handles and knobs from the web site of what the had to chose from. The designer there was the one that order the amount I needed and over order many things that I didn't need. I only wanted a refund back for the pull knobs and NOPE "THEY WERE SPECIAL ORDER". THE LIST HE SENT ME WAS OFF THEIR WEB SITE AND NOTHING ON THEIR SAID ANYTHIHG ABOUT "SPECIAL ORDER". I thought it would be best to order everything at one place. WRONG AGAIN ONMY PART. I needed smaller pulls from 3 drawers and went to Lowes to find something close to match and they had the same pull handles for a fraction of the cost. Needless to say they mess up take your money and then you get screwed. I got $121.00 worth of stainless steel pull handles that i i cant use. I guess that is how they get a bonus from they company. please read all review before you consider going there!

My husband and I are going to be going room to room and update everything. Today I was in search of a powder room sink. I walked in and looked around for about 10 minutes without one person acknowledging I was even there. I believe there was 3 customers in the showroom total. Actually, one of those customers asked a worker if there was something she could do to get some assistance for me. You don't have to have appointments, but they don't allow for those that weren't aware that it is best to have an appointment. I was told " I don't have time to return calls or answer my emails. Let me see if my coworker has an appointment right now." Spoke to the manager. Wasn't too concerned since I had already told him he lost my business. He said "I guess there isn't anything I can do if your mind is made up." He could have cared less. Just stood there looking at me with a blank stare.

This is was a big project to remove a wall to open up our downstairs, completely renovate the kitchen, pull up and install new floors, and paint the entire house. The project finished exactly on time. The price was reasonable. This was a once in a lifetime reno, and we could not be more happy with the quality of the work, the end result, and the overall experience. We use our kitchen every single day (all day!), and it is functional and beautiful. There is nothing I would change about it. All parties involved should be recognized, from design services to project management and to each of the contractors: Cabinet guys, countertop guys, floor installers, painting team. All did really quality work. I haven't hung up pictures yet because it's so nice having beautifully painted walls!! It's worth pointing out that we could not afford to vacate our home while this was going on, so we (my husband, me, our 5 year old son, and 12 year old dog!) lived in the house for 5 weeks without a kitchen, floors, etc. I know our living there and needing some place to sleep, etc. had to be factored in to the overall organization and scheduling, and I'm sure it made the project more complicated. This didn't seem to faze anyone! This is also why we appreciate that the project finished exactly on schedule. Thank you Jack, Jackie, Gina and the entire team!!
