He let us take our paint chips outside to view the colors in different lights and gave us advise on a primer color to go underneath. We chose the paints and then we left to grab lunch while he made them up for us. They were ready for us when we returned- no problem! Later in the day, my husband decided he wanted one other color and we called Brandon and he made it up for us while my husband drove over there. They also keep all our purchases/colors in their computer. Great service!! Tip: Sherwin Williams has the best selection of "Historic Charleston" colors, but you have to ask for the chip selection because they don't keep them out in the main display.

LONG REVIEW: Peter 5 stars other Lowe's Employees 1 star…read more Peter is truly a wonderful employee and an even better person. He was the only employee to help me load heavy air conditioners into my cart after asking several employees, who said no previously sending me to the lumber department to help me where there was actually no one working so went in a wild chase just to end up where I started -ignored. Peter helped me push the carts to checkout and kindly let the other employees know that I needed help loading these in my car and he had to run off to a team meeting. As he turned to leave, the other employees refused to check me out and told me to use self checkout instead, and said there's no one to help me to my car. Peter caught the interaction and jetted over to self checkout where I was panicking on figuring out how I could lift this myself. He told me this was unacceptable and he missed his meeting to assist me. I'm extremely disappointed in every single Lowes employee I in this interaction, but more importantly I'm beyond impressed with Peter, everyone needs to be more like him in and outside of Lowe's. His character and dedication to helping people is such a rarity these days. The only one out of 10+ people to helped a young woman. Everyone else, do better. Peter- you're the man and deserve all the praise and a raise ! Thank you !!!

I have a simple problem to resolve but cannot break through their multi-layered system to do it. the issue is that my on-line account is linked to an old email that I no longer use and I need to update to the new email. I invested a considerable amount of time to work through their customer care number to reach a human. she took my old and new information. this sounded good, but the system change was never made. I went to the store, but they could not/ were not allowed to help. I am not inclined to invest the time to try again. conclusion is their on line system is anything but customer friendly. it all sounds good, but they are not prepared to address simple issues.
