A few weeks ago I badly tweaked my lower back. I immediately called Dr. C to make an appointment to see him before my next regular monthly appointment. After thoroughly assessing my injury, Dr. C knew exactly what to do. I felt so much better after my adjustment. And in a matter of a few days after, my lower back pain was gone. Love the physical therapist Jilly, however, but you have to watch the office staff. I tried to pay them in, they told me I didn't owe anything, I asked them to double, check, they assured me I didn't owe anything. Then the next time I went they told me I owed them for 3 sessions. This is a big deal because they waited until 2022 to inform me when I tried to pay them in Dec 2021. This messed up my Health Care Spending account and I had to pay out of pocket because of their error, right after Christmas. Also, who lets 3 sessions go by without telling the client. I complained, requested to speak to the office manager, I was told she'd call me, no one has called, its been 3 weeks. Dr. Clements is hands down the BEST chiropractor I have ever been to. I strayed away maybe once or twice on emergencies between appointments and other chiropractors don't even compare. In college I was in a bad car accident that left my neck virtually with ZERO curve. Terrible sleep, constant migraines. I finally decided to see what could be done and I'm so happy I did. During the pandemic, I was being treated 3 times a week for specific neck therapy alongside my full body adjustments (how I was going with numerous displaced ribs is CRAZY! The immediate relief I got was amazing). The progress made with Dr. Clements has given me quality of life back. From not being able to look over either shoulder and daily migraines to regaining a beautiful curve in my neck with my mobility back and little to no headaches - I'm so thankful. Since then I have dropped to seeing Dr. Clements 1 time a week sometimes every two. I am also an athlete and play hockey! I can always count on a great adjustment from Dr. Clements post game to get me ready for the next time I hit the ice. Dr. Amanda is the best. I have been suffering back pain for a long time due to a fall and a car accident and I was use to take medication for the pain since it was recommended from my regular doctor. Finally after a while I found Clements Chiropractic and since my first call they been really helpful. I explained to Amanda about my issues and she told me the plan to help me and after the first visit I started noticing progress. I was having pains in my lower back so I thought I'd give this place a try. I had never been to a chiropractor before and to be honest, I was a tad against it because the idea of someone cracking my neck freaks me out. How does this person know my neck's range of motion?! Luckily, I was able to openly express my fears of chiropractic care with Dr. Knudson. He chuckled and explained how adjustments worked. On each of my 5 visits here, Dr. Knudson was a pleasure to work with and he made me feel comfortable with everything because he explained things along the way. I was experiencing neck pain from a weird way I was sitting in my computer chair at home. When I went in to see Dr. Amanda, she said she hoped to get rid of the pain within 4 visits/weeks and I was pleasantly surprised when it was gone within 3 visits. I started coming here approximately 6 months ago, after I relocated from San Diego--I'm so glad I made the decision, and I'm extremely happy with the services. Over all, my visits are usually 4 weeks apart, and each time I leave I feel the energy flowing through my body again. I had been going to Dr Corey for a few years without any problems. He was always a nice person. My last visit didn't go well. He did an adjustment on my neck as he had done many times before but this time I felt immediate pain. A different pain than I had ever felt before. I told him something was wrong and I was hurting a lot. He said it was only because I hadn't been for awhile and to go home and ice. True I hadn't been in a couple months but this was a different pain. I told him no something was wrong. Again he said go home and ice. I trusted him and went home and iced. I called the next day still in excruciating pain and tried to get an appointment but was told he was booked. I told them about the pain and they said they would call if there was a cancellation. I didn't get called. I called again the next day and was told he was booked for the rest of the week. I asked to speak to him and they said they would have him call. I never got that call. I tried calling again multiple times the next day and my calls went unanswered. That went on for a week. I went to my primary care doctor who gave me different pills and a shot to try to help the pain but without relief. I finally got an MRI done and found I had a neck fracture. I now have a plate and screws and a different ache ever since surgery. While recovering from surgery I called Dr Corey's office again and was told he was unavailable. I reminded them of our previous phone calls and them saying they would have him call but he never did. I told them about my neck fracture. All she said was ok. I never got that call back from Dr Corey. True I should have gone to an ER and would have gotten an X-ray or an MRI sooner but I didn't. I trusted him. I never did hear from him again. read more

These days it's hard to find reputable professionals in all avenues of life. Finding a good Chiropractor is not easy and very important. I was experiencing back pain in my lower back that was so severe I was convinced I would be told I would need surgery. After watching my Mom go through 8 of them and experiencing more pain after each one.. well let's just say I am in no hurry to get cut on. I reached out to my Health Insurance Agent and she recommended Dr Clements. He didn't accept my insurance but he does let you buy blocks of 4 visits for $100 and that includes an XRAY. VERY REASONABLE! So I went in to see him. The place was packed but I didn't have to wait long. After an XRAY which showed I did have a problem he has been able to address it and now after 5 visits I'm 80% better and I know for a fact that after another 3-4 visits I'm going to be better than I've been in a long time and NO SURGERY! Also I Love his bedside manner if you will. Very cool guy and he truly cares. I wish I could give this guy 6 stars! That's how good I feel about him and how much he has helped me. By the way I hear they have a massage therapist there who sells 3 one hour massages for $150 (may be less) and she's so good she's booked 2 weeks out. That's an unheard of price. Today was my first chiropractic appointment ever, and let me say it won't be my last. All my jobs have been labor intensive, and I've had somewhat chronic pain in my neck and shoulders for years now. More recently I had felt my posture was lacking and it was beginning to effect my yoga practice and current career. I must say I was a little scared because of the thought of moving my spine haha but it was so liberating and euphoric! I'm standing straighter, feeling flexible, and I'm sold! I wish I could post separate reviews of the doctors vs. front office. I see Dr. Roberts for chiropractic, Kristyna for massage and Dr. Wu for acupuncture - and they are all 5 stars. I cannot say enough good things about them. I receive A+ care from these 3. But the front office staff is rushed and makes many errors. They have messed up 2 of my last 3 appointments. The first time Carlos was rude and blamed me for their error and would not reschedule me. It was resolved later the same day when the office manager called me. Yesterday, the person in the phone was nice, apologized for not notifying me that they change my appointment time and assisted in rescheduling me. I also had a billing issue on my daughters account, where they applied her payment to my account a few months back, that took 2 phone calls and 2 in person visits to resolve. I won't stop going, but will now call them a day in advance to confirm my appointments since they can't seem to manage it themselves. read more

It's hard to believe it's been over a year since I started coming here. It's even harder to believe the drastic difference in my physical health from then compared to now. I spent most of 2016 in pain from a disc herniation and chronic right-sided sciatica. This was the worst injury that has ever happened to me. I was extremely depressed, I spent months in physical therapy, and saw too many doctors/specialists to count. At one point, my primary doc said I would likely have chronic sciatica for the rest of my life, at the age of 26! (which she said was really not a young age.... gee thanks doc). I finally found Clements Chiro after tirelessly researching my best option for paying out of pocket in the LB area. Long story short - Dr. Smith saved my life!! He rooted for me when no other doctors were, because he knew my spine would recover with time and proper adjustments. He even went out of his way to print me an image of my spine from my MRI. In my first few months of treatment, I also had acupuncture sessions with Dr. Wu who is a kind and brilliant lady. Once Dr. Smith said I was ready for massage, I decided to try out one of their massage therapists. I had an awful experience with a "medical massage therapist" who ended up hurting me badly (Sammy's Medical Massage in Lakewood.... be warned) so I was REALLY hesitant to try any other massage again. Luckily I was scheduled with Jilly who is a little powerhouse of energy! She has magical hands without being aggressive. Those of you reading this curious about massage here - this is not a going to the spa to relax massage; this is massage therapy and some parts will be uncomfortable but it's what your body needs. I'm moving to Florida next week to start grad school and I am sad I won't see Dr. Smith and Jilly regularly anymore. But I am happy because I am 100% pain- and sciatica-free now! All of the staff at Clements are great - I never had trouble getting through and I scheduled A LOT of appointments! TIP for those new to chiropractic adjustments: wear comfortable, loose clothing (gym or workout clothes) and remember to breathe! Ask your doctor for breathing cues if you need, it makes a huge difference when getting an adjustment. read more

My back and my wrists were killing me. I was so busy and I kept taking pain killers to control the pain. When I finally couldn't handle it anymore, I decided to look for a chiropractor. I found Clements through Yelp and man are they good. The doctor attending me was super nice and friendly. She kept talking to me as she proceeded to make the adjustments. She kept me laughing through the whole process. By the end of my first session, my back was almost 100% better and my wrists were not an issue anymore. Innitially, I was freaking out because I had lost a lot of grip with my hands. Everytime I grabbed something too hard, my wrists would start hurting. Now, my hands are doing much much better and the doctor even gave me suggestions as to how to position myself correctly when typing. I love this place. This review is long overdue. I've been a patient of Dr. Clements since he first took over the practice. I've been seen by chiropractors all my life for chronic issues, so I have a lot of experience to compare with. Dr. Clements and his entire staff are the best I've encountered in every area. His front desk staff is unfailingly polite and caring. His billing staff are efficient and helpful in providing accurate information when needed. The masseurs and masseuses he hires are first rate, and the price simply cannot be beat for their massage package. Best of all, though, Dr. C is truly a caring doctor who takes all of your circumstances and concerns seriously and really gets to know his patients. Though his time in the actual room with you may be brief, he is aware of your problem areas from the paperwork he has you fill out at each visit, and treats you appropriately. Over the years I've had a number of other medical issues that required modifications of my treatment, and Dr. C has been excellent at addressing those and giving me the best possible adjustment whatever the circumstances. I always leave his office feeling great. He also has a knack for bringing in the best interns, who tend to stay with him for a long time after they become doctors, and each one that I have been treated by has been amazing. Dr. C takes the time to actually teach them how to be better doctors. Dr. Palzer is a great example. I never hesitate to see one of the other doctors if Dr. C is unavailable for whatever reason, as I know I'll receive excellent care no matter who is treating me. Honestly, I can't think of a single area where this office could improve its service to the patients. Truly a 5-star experience. read more
